wants to see, might not want to hold his breath but he will be addressing the crowd in florida, we will be listening closely to see what comes of that. trump supporter, press secretary, you are seeing what is going on and i am wondering, timing is everything. i am not dismissing these allegations of these women, but timing is curious. >> i agree timing is curious. i'm not in the habit of silencing women and telling them they don't have the right to speak out. i wouldn't do it to these women or the large number of women who have come out to accuse bill clinton and accused secretary clinton of having intimidated them and bullied them so i am not in the habit of doing that but i believe reports came out 27 days, 26 days before the election, very curious to me and we had an onslaught of emails

that indicated the clinton campaign has a cozy relationship with the media. this is something we have always known but these emails prove it. i am not in the habit of telling women they don't have the right to speak out. i do find it very curious 27 days before this election. neil: they had one of the women on the news networks and i thought this was the same network that dismissed juanita broderick or paula jones calling that a circus. whatever your opinions on that if you are going to talk to one group of alleged victims it wouldn't kill you to talk to the other but to leave out one for the other does raise serious questions. >> absolutely correct. i have gone back and watched interviews with the women who accused bill clinton and it is

heartbreaking. as a woman it is heartbreaking and terrifying that we are trying to silence them and not give them their voice and these are women who have been trying to have these conversations for years and years and so it is not like they all of a sudden came out and made the allegations was they have been saying this for decades. what i would like the trump campaign to do it republicans to do, you have to win the white house and the only way that will happen is if we repeat over and over again 33,000 deleted emails, hammers, 5 senior staff given immunity, the clinton campaign has a lot to answer for and the only way they will be held accountable is if we are relentless in making sure people know that. this is my advice to the trump campaign, they should live stream the deplorables on their campaign repeating these horrible deplorable things

able to recover ground, he is down 9 in pennsylvania, pat toomey, it will be tough to run 9 or 10 points better than donald trump in pennsylvania. stuart: you could see the senate but the house switching to 30 seats would be a tougher task. it has been done but would be a tougher task. markets getting ahead of themselves may be but the markets fear because any one party rule tends to bring on in the democrats case a lot of market fear, more unchecked that building, republicans are immune to doing the same. is that a realistic fear that if that were to happen and hillary clinton has the full run of the table the first two years of her presidency, that is what we are looking at, more spending? >> sure. any time you have one party in power, you run that risk. they would not have large majorities in the house, just a

little bit and same in the senate. republicans have strategic options available, filibuster and whatnot but absolutely, if democrats sweep and take control, hillary clinton is going to be pushing her agenda as hard as she can through both houses of congress. stuart: we expect to hear from mister trump in west palm beach, florida very important, he was up until very recently competitive, depending on the polls he is losing more ground. we do know that in the next debate it will feature topics near and dear to him including entitlement, immigration, some of these latest issues, latest charges by women who claim they were groped but he might talk about it in his comments to that florida audience, even if he

does, defaming him, taking away from his other arguments, the issues in that debate. >> it is overshadowing everything, he has to figure out how to move beyond it around it, get back to the issues, and get back to the -- trump's strongest acumen in this campaign is he is the one people legitimately, credibly authentically feel is a guy who will change things and plenty of people around the country, republicans and independentss think the system is broken, think the system is rigged and trump is the guy more so than hillary clinton who might fix it. when he is able to talk about issues like spending, taxes, immigration in those terms, that is when he is at his strongest but unfortunately for him and his supporters he has not been able to do that very much with the latest round of allegations

gentleman. we are always reminded of the elite of them. when i hear him grudgingly saying many years later at us and the guy thought you knew. >> he came from a well-off background. he married into a well-off family. he was an avid yachtsmen and so forth. i interviewed him when he was turning 75. the year 2000 i said mr. buckley, when was the last time he felt insecure about something comic emotionally insecure, in a bad neighborhood after dark on anything at all. and they said well, there have been rather anxious moment that see. one horrific squalor came through and it wasn't entirely sure. what he was disappeared he said 1958. that's a life well lived. >> yet it always wasn't famous

people. his friend suffered a stroke. >> buckley near 30 of the 50 people and there are times he uses his novelist skills. he was the best-selling novel to conjure the departed, to allow the reader to savor these people as he had known then. it's an intimate look into so many different worlds. history, politics, art, sailing, spy novels in the conservative movement. >> especially after his assassination. b. mackey wrote to eulogies that are in this volume. the title the torch cap slit is taken from one of the eulogies because jfk asked us to keep the torch lit. he faced a special challenge. the emotional outpouring of grief internationally was so broad and deep at the same token

neil: top of the hour. welcome back to "cavuto: coast-to-coast." charlie gasparino with some breaking news on the fbi. the e-mail investigation. but if you got? >> this is from staffers inside the fbi. we are hearing i do want to play that too much because fbi people are pretty button-down. there's a mini revolt going on inside the fbi right now over the fact that james carmi failed to indict hillary clinton on getting classified documents on a private e-mail server. i don't think anybody's going to come forward yet when you talk to people, they tell you this that the staffers at work .. are telling their colleagues they wholeheartedly believe there was evidence that existed for an indictment of clinton over the e-mail fiasco in controversy. i'm not sure what they told

mr. call me about what he should do. they are saying he basically made a political decision not to indict hillary clinton and anger the staffers. here's the interesting thing. the odds of reporting in the past where we were getting fairly good and tell about how they believed there was evidence to indict clinton. as you know, it did not pass the threshold although it was kind of a weird rationale for it. i'm not quite sure exactly what his rationale is. you have to go back and look at it. staffers themselves believe there was enough evidence to indict. they are in a mini revolt. they are now talking to people and telling them that they wanted to indict. you know, this is an interesting controversy. the real question is has anybody come forward? i doubt it, but that is what we're hearing from sources

people about the last discredited story. he then went on to talk about the issue that was raised in "people" magazine article and he treated, with why didn't the writer of the 12-year-old article in "people" magazine mentioned the incident in her story? because it did not happen. we are in west palm beach and we spoke to about a thousand people, maybe more. we spoke to trump followers and they said these things are made up and fabrication or that it just doesn't matter. as they wait for mr. trump, the difference between this crowd and the crowd of hillary clinton gathering is very charged. they are passionate about their support for donald trump or at the clinton supporters are energized that there's just a level of energy that you don't

see, at least we didn't see two days ago at the clinton rally in south florida. neil: thank you very much. donald trump translates that maybe into votes. getting people out to the polls. it's anyone's guess. if i could step back and just ask you how you feel about the latest charges coming up and not so much how you feel about the charges but how donald trump should react to them. we are told that it's going to aggressively go after "the new york times" co. v. threaten to sue "the new york times." every moment he does that distracts from his message which he pounded effectively in the debate and could do so again in the next debate. what do you make of that? >> well, i think he feels that they have to do something to defend themselves good he does need to pay that off and keep focusing on what voters really care about. that is the direction of the future of our country.

most people think we are on the wrong track right now. our organization, our tea party patriot citizens fund prefers action to inaction and someone who will listen to us rather than lecture us, growth rather than stagnation and security rather than the weakness we are facing in our country right now. neil: do you get a sense that there is to his point a double standard in the media going slow on coverage of the e-mails of hillary clinton may be because so many prominent figures are included in this e-mail exchanges, but not when it comes to alleged trump transgression. >> i think what we are seeing from the wiki of these as well regarding known and it confirms our worst fears. a lot of people in the media are in bed with the liberal candidate and what to do what they can to help them succeed. when it comes to trump stories they are very sensational and

they can flash really quickly. the things that concern me the most are what we learned about hillary clinton and what she actually said issues for open borders and open trade. she told a group of brazilian bankers dashes for open borders and open trade. that's going to harm our economy and get five if not worse but we've are defending our economy. not growth, the less opportunity are american workers. he has to take a public position neil: there's a lot of stuff in it. all russian hacks releasing donald trump on the locker room talk that this wasn't locker

same time as wikileaks releases documents exposing the massive international corruption of the clinton machine, including 2000 more e-mails just this morning. the spacious claims about me as inappropriate conduct with women are totally and absolutely false. you study these people in general understand also. the claims are preposterous, ludicrous with common sense and logic. we are to have substantial evidence that disputes these life and will be made public in an appropriate way and at an appropriate time. these lies come from outlet whose past stories of art event discredited. their media outlets did not even attempt to confirm the most basic facts because even a simple investigation would have shown that these were nothing more than false smears. six months ago the failing "new

york times" wrote a massive story attacking me an essential witness they used said the story was false, that she was quoted and accurate. she said that i was a great guy. great coverage of the honest with you. she was an amazing person and never made those remarks. i was sort of surprised and i didn't say it. we demanded a retraction but they refused to print it here just like the comments from another source who praised me in her book are the words of another wonderful woman who said really nice things about me. the day that other statements that she didn't say. they misrepresented. the story was a fraud and a big embarrassment to "the new york times" and it was a vague front

page story, front page center, color picture, a disgrace. they were very embarrassed. it will be part of the lawsuit we are preparing against them. [cheers and applause] now today, this seemed to discredited writers who should have been fired from "the new york times" for what they did tell another totally fabricated and false story that supposedly took place on an airplane more than 30 years ago. another ridiculous tale, no witnesses, no nothing. and then there was a writer from "people" magazine who wrote a story on milani and myself on our first anniversary.

the story was beautiful. it was lovely. but last night we hear that after 12 years. this took place 12 years ago this story. a new claim that i made and appropriated dances during the interview to this writer. and i ask very simple question. why was that hard of a story that appeared 12 years ago? why didn't they make it part of the story? i was one of the biggest stars on television with the apprentice and it would've been one of the biggest stories of the year. think of it. she's doing a story on milani at who's pregnant at the time and our one-year anniversary. she said i made inappropriate advances. by the way, that area was a

public area, people all over the place. take a look. take a look, look at her, but can her words. you tell me what you think. i don't so. [cheers and applause] but it is amazing. a love story on how great we are together. either way, we are stronger today than we ever were before. [cheers and applause] at a love story. it is a love story on our one-year period if i did that, she would have added that china would've been a headline. if you're doing this on television, these people are horrible, horrible light years and interestingly, it happens to have here 26 days before a very

important election that is a question this invented account has already been debunked by eyewitnesses they were there. the very witness identified as the author has said this story is totally false. by the way, it's got a lot of flaws. can you believe this? why wasn't it in the biggest story of the year. this weekend, "the new york times" published a full-page hit piece with another claim from an individual who has been totally discredited based upon the many, many e-mails and letters she has sent to our office over the years. look at the work. donald is great.

wanted to go to my rallies. but "the new york times," and this was a fall off a piece refuse to use the evidence that we present. if they used it, if they would've looked they would've said there's no story. others in the media, which almost surprises me because they are dishonest also, were presented with a story by this woman numerous times and they got very excited. after seeing the evidence we immediately give them, all of them refuse to read the story. the times didn't want to see it. they just wrote the story and this was a full-page opposite editorials here this is part of a concerted effort led by "the new york times" and off base. "the new york times" is fighting desperately for is relevant and

financial survival and that probably won't even be around in a few years based on its financial outlook, which wouldn't be a bad thing. but as it winds down its years and is becoming more and more problematic, it has gotten more and more vicious, more and more bio and even the other mainstream media is talking about the single greatest in history and all between now and november 8th. you have to see the stories they've written. this one after another after another and facts mean nothing. third-rate journalism. the great editors of the past from "the new york times" and others, ladies and gentlemen, are spinning in their graves.

i will not allow the clinton machine to turn our campaign into a discussion of their slanders and lies, of the american people. snide one coming out of the "times" counsel, nothing in our article had slightest effect on reputation of mr. trump. there is a lot going on there. still talking about issues that matter to him and issues donald trump plans to bring up the debate. but in the middle of all of that, we have a guy who is trying to improve the discourse in this election year by elevating its, or trying to, actor kirk cameron. remembered for a lot of things, "growing pains" for one. golden globe nominations. i told my staff, i didn't want him on set with me because he is such a good-looking guy. so i'm a little upset, he is here, whatever. kirk cameron, very good to see you. >> great to see you. honor to be here truly. neil: i don't want to get into politics with you. i think that would be sully what you're trying to do next week, because you're having this event where you're uniting people in 1,000 different theaters. it is not a movie, but about

kids, you have six i guess. hear allegations everything comes up on mr. trump and hear hillary clinton what appear to be lies or, between what she says in open mic and what she tells closed-door audiences, i promised politics but that is fair and balanced criticism of both, right? how do you explain that to kids, saying i don't get i in of this? >> i know what i say to my kids. i say kids, we live in broken world. we live in a broken world. that is why we can be so thankful living in country built on principles that provide for opportunity like this, for you and i to get out, freedom of speech to talk about these things. we can represent our own leaders. when in human history did people get elect their own leaders prior to the united states of america coming to a place where we're taking the ten commandments and we're taking judeo-christian ethics and principles forming a constitution saying we'll not have a king that is tyrant

ruling us. wee=z the people will rule ourselves because we have virtue. how great is that? neil: -- and religious viewpoint, and look the other way at personal foibles of either candidate? >> say that again? neil: they share your religious views, a lot of voters, but, they're now looking the other way when it comes to foibles of candidates. how do you do that? how do you reconcile your religious views with what you see and hear? >> well, we live in crazy, challenging times and it can be difficult, i think, to sort through all the issues because we've got brush fires over here. brush fires over here. but, what i try to keep my eye on is the 30,000-foot view. what is most important to me? what is most important is that we keep the constitution central and intact because that document has more in it that allows to us have the freedom to work through these issues, together, as a

nation than people realize. we've got to understand that coming together, trusting god together, worshiping, praying, seeking god's help is of utmost importance. neil: you don't think we lost that? >> we're losing it by the second. that is why i'm saying we need to come together. that is what revive us, that is my offering. come together, let's worship and pray with brilliant faithful people. let's learn the strategy that got us here in the first place. neil: you talk about the freedom of speech, you're not granted that same freedom, right? when you come out as you did some years back talking about gays, that was your opinion. you are strongly -- you weren't alienating them, if you want gay marriage, they ripped you asunder. i don't know how you treat you in the hollywood community. obviously doing quite well, but certain freedom for certain folks, right? >> that's, that's the way that it is in our world today. neil: did that come back and bite you, in other words, in your career?
