i want to know why. ashley: chinese data port, global economy week. of the one reasonable 2. >> that hike with fears of china's rate hike. stuart: reason number 3 from the, a clean sweep by hillary clinton, the white house, democrats take the senate and the house, investors not happy with that. >> don't give up 5 minutes before the miracle. it is not over yet. stuart: monica crowley, took your time. neil: i made note of that, 3 seconds i will never get that, thank you very much. we are monitoring donald trump, first opportunity to respond to the latest allegations from women during the last debate who heard him, you are telling anderson cooper you never did anything, he did. they are coming out saying this. here is the issue for a lot of trump supporters. why now? why are you saying this now? these allegations are 30 years old. a retraction on the part of the new york times donald trump
12:01 pm
wants to see, might not want to hold his breath but he will be addressing the crowd in florida, we will be listening closely to see what comes of that. trump supporter, press secretary, you are seeing what is going on and i am wondering, timing is everything. i am not dismissing these allegations of these women, but timing is curious. >> i agree timing is curious. i'm not in the habit of silencing women and telling them they don't have the right to speak out. i wouldn't do it to these women or the large number of women who have come out to accuse bill clinton and accused secretary clinton of having intimidated them and bullied them so i am not in the habit of doing that but i believe reports came out 27 days, 26 days before the election, very curious to me and we had an onslaught of emails
12:02 pm
that indicated the clinton campaign has a cozy relationship with the media. this is something we have always known but these emails prove it. i am not in the habit of telling women they don't have the right to speak out. i do find it very curious 27 days before this election. neil: they had one of the women on the news networks and i thought this was the same network that dismissed juanita broderick or paula jones calling that a circus. whatever your opinions on that if you are going to talk to one group of alleged victims it wouldn't kill you to talk to the other but to leave out one for the other does raise serious questions. >> absolutely correct. i have gone back and watched interviews with the women who accused bill clinton and it is
12:03 pm
heartbreaking. as a woman it is heartbreaking and terrifying that we are trying to silence them and not give them their voice and these are women who have been trying to have these conversations for years and years and so it is not like they all of a sudden came out and made the allegations was they have been saying this for decades. what i would like the trump campaign to do it republicans to do, you have to win the white house and the only way that will happen is if we repeat over and over again 33,000 deleted emails, hammers, 5 senior staff given immunity, the clinton campaign has a lot to answer for and the only way they will be held accountable is if we are relentless in making sure people know that. this is my advice to the trump campaign, they should live stream the deplorables on their campaign repeating these horrible deplorable things
12:04 pm
hillary clinton has said. we have in some way to make sure people get the message. the issue is the white house, not the civil war in the party, the women who came out 27 days, the issue is hillary clinton spent the better part of three decades lying to america and doesn't deserve to be our president. neil: donald trump might keep these part stirring by talking in a matter of minutes about the new york times story and these women and keep it going. should he ignore talking about wanting to sue the times? isn't that further sidetracking all these issues you want to address? >> yes it is further sidetracking. he has a right to defend himself but no one will be talking about that. there are others in the media who will talk about it but he will take their attention to
12:05 pm
that area. 33,000 emails, hammers, five senior staff given immunity. that is just the beginning. that is the tip of the iceberg. stuart: you have never gotten frustrated your computer to the point you pick up a hammer and repeatedly hammer it? >> actually -- actually this morning i did get frustrated but i did not take a hammer to my computer or my iphone. stuart: thank you very much. before i get to my next guest, look at this, you heard from stuart varney a lot of this has to do with china, exports dramatically slowed normally that is assigned things are not firing on all cylinders but there is this other issue, building anxiety that hillary clinton will not only win but potentially takes the house and/or senate with her and that is something markets generally
12:06 pm
don't like. that would be akin to what barack obama did when he first came into office, a democratic senate, i want to raise that in debate details we are getting now. real clear politics cofounder, publisher. i relay that is a market of uncertainty, you think what happened was hillary clinton, despite the up and down nature of the polls was going to get elected president. now there is the uncertainty of taking the house and senate with her. how realistic is that? >> the senate is realistic. that was on a knife's ads for republicans, a lot of seats, a lot of republicans were running better than donald trump but if the bottom falls out for trump and he falls behind or is not
12:07 pm
able to recover ground, he is down 9 in pennsylvania, pat toomey, it will be tough to run 9 or 10 points better than donald trump in pennsylvania. stuart: you could see the senate but the house switching to 30 seats would be a tougher task. it has been done but would be a tougher task. markets getting ahead of themselves may be but the markets fear because any one party rule tends to bring on in the democrats case a lot of market fear, more unchecked that building, republicans are immune to doing the same. is that a realistic fear that if that were to happen and hillary clinton has the full run of the table the first two years of her presidency, that is what we are looking at, more spending? >> sure. any time you have one party in power, you run that risk. they would not have large majorities in the house, just a
12:08 pm
little bit and same in the senate. republicans have strategic options available, filibuster and whatnot but absolutely, if democrats sweep and take control, hillary clinton is going to be pushing her agenda as hard as she can through both houses of congress. stuart: we expect to hear from mister trump in west palm beach, florida very important, he was up until very recently competitive, depending on the polls he is losing more ground. we do know that in the next debate it will feature topics near and dear to him including entitlement, immigration, some of these latest issues, latest charges by women who claim they were groped but he might talk about it in his comments to that florida audience, even if he
12:09 pm
does, defaming him, taking away from his other arguments, the issues in that debate. >> it is overshadowing everything, he has to figure out how to move beyond it around it, get back to the issues, and get back to the -- trump's strongest acumen in this campaign is he is the one people legitimately, credibly authentically feel is a guy who will change things and plenty of people around the country, republicans and independentss think the system is broken, think the system is rigged and trump is the guy more so than hillary clinton who might fix it. when he is able to talk about issues like spending, taxes, immigration in those terms, that is when he is at his strongest but unfortunately for him and his supporters he has not been able to do that very much with the latest round of allegations
12:10 pm
hanging over everything. neil: it is. we like his message, don't like donald trump, it is a conundrum. thank you very much. you would think these groping allegations were the only thing out there. this doesn't -- whether trump continues and some of these revelations. >> you can set the alarm clock for the 8:00 hour, get a wikileaks document on this day and as we have been going through these emails, and everybody in the clinton orbit could potentially be at stake with documents, and one email,
12:11 pm
comes from a clinton foundation. and the foundation member said they met with ambassadors and this about cutter, i am quoting, would like to see william jefferson clinton for five minutes, $1 million check that cutter promised for wj c's birthday in 2011. and if it was ever delivered, so on and so forth. and $1 million check potentially to bill clinton. and hillary clinton's campaign building up their efforts in the lead up to her launch that there were questions about ties to the foundation with one email from the clinton campaign manager to

inside the fbi. >> they are upset they don't like the way the boss handled it. you can't overrule the boss. just a reminder there's a lot of division within the ei ranks. >> just so you know, here's the upshot from this when the final story is being told. james carmi came into the fbi that was apolitical. he was the u.s. attorney for george bush. he worked for clinton. excuse me, he worked for the obama administration appointed him his job. i think he's going to leave office and the staff is going to attest to this as the guy that did not play it straight. at least on this issue. james carmi may have the rationale like i do when i get the fbi put in a presidential election. i bet the bullet. it's not our job to be involved in the presidential election. it's not your call whether this has an impact.

go by the evidence. this is very interesting. i'm sure there's more to come. neil:@donald trump i might seize on this. we will watch you closely. as always, speaking of donald trump, west palm beach florida where he'll be addressing a raucous crowd. he has just addressed a small business forum outlining his plans to turn the country around and turn their fortunes around. no doubt he is going to respond to developments including a new york times story interviewing a number of women who claim they were than mr. trump 30 years ago adam shapiro at that event in florida. >> hey, neil. mr. trump will be here any minute. you talk about "the new york times" article and he addressed that this morning. let me read the first. the phony story and the fairly "new york times" is a total fabrication written by the same

people about the last discredited story. he then went on to talk about the issue that was raised in "people" magazine article and he treated, with why didn't the writer of the 12-year-old article in "people" magazine mentioned the incident in her story? because it did not happen. we are in west palm beach and we spoke to about a thousand people, maybe more. we spoke to trump followers and they said these things are made up and fabrication or that it just doesn't matter. as they wait for mr. trump, the difference between this crowd and the crowd of hillary clinton gathering is very charged. they are passionate about their support for donald trump or at the clinton supporters are energized that there's just a level of energy that you don't
1:05 pm
see, at least we didn't see two days ago at the clinton rally in south florida. neil: thank you very much. donald trump translates that maybe into votes. getting people out to the polls. it's anyone's guess. if i could step back and just ask you how you feel about the latest charges coming up and not so much how you feel about the charges but how donald trump should react to them. we are told that it's going to aggressively go after "the new york times" co. v. threaten to sue "the new york times." every moment he does that distracts from his message which he pounded effectively in the debate and could do so again in the next debate. what do you make of that? >> well, i think he feels that they have to do something to defend themselves good he does need to pay that off and keep focusing on what voters really care about. that is the direction of the future of our country.
1:06 pm
most people think we are on the wrong track right now. our organization, our tea party patriot citizens fund prefers action to inaction and someone who will listen to us rather than lecture us, growth rather than stagnation and security rather than the weakness we are facing in our country right now. neil: do you get a sense that there is to his point a double standard in the media going slow on coverage of the e-mails of hillary clinton may be because so many prominent figures are included in this e-mail exchanges, but not when it comes to alleged trump transgression. >> i think what we are seeing from the wiki of these as well regarding known and it confirms our worst fears. a lot of people in the media are in bed with the liberal candidate and what to do what they can to help them succeed. when it comes to trump stories they are very sensational and
1:07 pm
they can flash really quickly. the things that concern me the most are what we learned about hillary clinton and what she actually said issues for open borders and open trade. she told a group of brazilian bankers dashes for open borders and open trade. that's going to harm our economy and get five if not worse but we've are defending our economy. not growth, the less opportunity are american workers. he has to take a public position neil: there's a lot of stuff in it. all russian hacks releasing donald trump on the locker room talk that this wasn't locker

room banter saying it was far far worse than says a lot about his character. i'm paraphrasing. a lot higher approval ratings is that more damaging than others making the same charges. >> well, at the end of the day would make out above, they're going to take all this into account and pay attention to what affects them the most in what they're going to see for the future of our country. the american people are smart enough to say we are on the wrong track and it's time for change. neil: u.s.a. women, you can deal with this. you're on to the bigger issues that matter more to you as a voter and as an american. >> is a woman and mother and american i'm concerned for my children's future and what's going happen for the next two decades far more than what has

happened in the past decade. neil: thank you very much. including that threat against "the new york times." our movement is about replacing a failed and corrupt political establishment with a new government controlled by you the american people there is nothing in the political establishment will not do and no lie that he won't tell to hold their prestige and power at your expense and that's what's been happening. the washington establishment and

1:11 pm
this is not a four year election. this is a crossroads in the history of our civilization that will determine whether or not we the people reclaim control over our government. [cheers and applause] what is trying to stop us is the same group responsible for our disastrous trade deals, massive illegal immigration and economic and foreign policies that have led our country dry. the political establishment has brought about the destruction of arafat juries and jobs as they flee to mexico, china and other countries all around the world.
1:12 pm
our just announced job numbers are anemic. our gross domestic product or gdp is barely above 1% and going down. workers in the united states are making less than they were almost 20 job. and yet, they are working hard to. that i can tell you. it is a global power structure that is responsible or the economic decisions that have rocked our working class, stricter country of as well and put that money into the pockets of a handful of large corporations and political entities. just look at what this corrupt establishment has done to our cities like detroit, flint,

michigan and rural towns in pennsylvania, ohio, north carolina and all across our country. take a look at what's going on. they've stripped away these towns bear and rated the wealth of themselves and taken our jobs away out of our country, never to return unless i'm elected president. [cheers and applause] the clinton machine is at the center of this power structure. we've seen this firsthand in the wikileaks documents in which hillary clinton meets in secret withal banks to plot the destruction of u.s. sovereignty in order to enrich today's global financial powers for special interest friends and her donors.

[cheers and applause] m. likewise, the e-mails show that the clinton machine is so closely and irrevocably tied to the media organization that she she -- the shia, listen to this, is given the questions and answers and bands of her debate performance with bernie sanders.
1:15 pm
hillary clinton is also given approval and veto power over quotes written about her in "the new york times." they definitely do not do that to me. they conspired to radically with the campaign on helping her win the election is over. with their control of our government instead. with trillions of dollars on the line to achieve the destruction of our campaign. not going to happen. [cheers and applause] which has now become a great, great movement, the likes of which our country has never seen before.
1:16 pm
they've never seen a movement like this in our country before. yesterday in florida, massive crowds. not able to get in. one of the great political phenomena. the most powerful weapon deployed by the clintons is the corporate media, the prius. [booing] let's be clear on one thing the court of media in our country is no longer involved in journalism they are a political special interest no different than any lobbyists or other financial entity with a total political agenda that and the agenda is not for you and it's for

themselves. [cheers and applause] and their agenda is to a lacked cricket hillary clinton at any cost no matter how many lives they destroy. for them, nothing at all is out of bounds. this is a struggle for the survival of our nation. believe me. this election will determine whether we are a free nation or whether it be on the illusion of a, but controlled by a small handful of global special interest we can assist and mentor system is rigged.
1:18 pm
this is reality. you know it, they know it, i know it and pretty much the whole world knows it. the establishment and their media enablers will control over the station through means that are very well known. anyone who challenges their control is deemed a sexist, a racist, and morally deformed. they will attack you. they will slander you. they will sit to destroy your career and your family. they will seek to destroy everything about you including your reputation. they will lie, lie, lie and again they will do worse than not. they will do whatever is necessary.
1:19 pm
the clintons are criminals. [cheers and applause] [chanting] this is well documented and the establishment that protects them in a massive cover-up of widespread criminal activity at the state department and the clinton foundation in order to keep the clintons in power. same time as wikileaks releases documents exposing the massive international corruption of the clinton machine, including 2000 more e-mails just this morning. the spacious claims about me as inappropriate conduct with women are totally and absolutely false. 1:22 pm
you study these people in general understand also. the claims are preposterous, ludicrous with common sense and logic. we are to have substantial evidence that disputes these life and will be made public in an appropriate way and at an appropriate time. these lies come from outlet whose past stories of art event discredited. their media outlets did not even attempt to confirm the most basic facts because even a simple investigation would have shown that these were nothing more than false smears. six months ago the failing "new

[cheers and applause] now today, this seemed to discredited writers who should have been fired from "the new york times" for what they did tell another totally fabricated and false story that supposedly took place on an airplane more than 30 years ago. another ridiculous tale, no witnesses, no nothing. and then there was a writer from "people" magazine who wrote a story on milani and myself on our first anniversary.

the story was beautiful. it was lovely. but last night we hear that after 12 years. this took place 12 years ago this story. a new claim that i made and appropriated dances during the interview to this writer. and i ask very simple question. why was that hard of a story that appeared 12 years ago? why didn't they make it part of the story? i was one of the biggest stars on television with the apprentice and it would've been one of the biggest stories of the year. think of it. she's doing a story on milani at who's pregnant at the time and our one-year anniversary. she said i made inappropriate advances. by the way, that area was a

important election that is a question this invented account has already been debunked by eyewitnesses they were there. the very witness identified as the author has said this story is totally false. by the way, it's got a lot of flaws. can you believe this? why wasn't it in the biggest story of the year. this weekend, "the new york times" published a full-page hit piece with another claim from an individual who has been totally discredited based upon the many, many e-mails and letters she has sent to our office over the years. look at the work. donald is great.
1:28 pm
wanted to go to my rallies. but "the new york times," and this was a fall off a piece refuse to use the evidence that we present. if they used it, if they would've looked they would've said there's no story. others in the media, which almost surprises me because they are dishonest also, were presented with a story by this woman numerous times and they got very excited. after seeing the evidence we immediately give them, all of them refuse to read the story. the times didn't want to see it. they just wrote the story and this was a full-page opposite editorials here this is part of a concerted effort led by "the new york times" and off base. "the new york times" is fighting desperately for is relevant and

financial survival and that probably won't even be around in a few years based on its financial outlook, which wouldn't be a bad thing. but as it winds down its years and is becoming more and more problematic, it has gotten more and more vicious, more and more bio and even the other mainstream media is talking about the single greatest in history and all between now and november 8th. you have to see the stories they've written. this one after another after another and facts mean nothing. third-rate journalism. the great editors of the past from "the new york times" and others, ladies and gentlemen, are spinning in their graves.

i will not allow the clinton machine to turn our campaign into a discussion of their slanders and lies, of the american people.
