there are lot more revelations from the leaked emails. blake berman is going to tell us about them right now from washington. blake: 2,000 more new emails to the wikileaks released files. one e-mail dated from 2012 shows someone with a clinton foundation e-mail average writer, wants to bill clinton a 1 million-dollar birthday gift. saying a qatary would present one million dollar check that promised for wgc's birthday for 2011. it's unclear it was given or cashed. she never sent or received classified material. campaign spokesman bryan fallon writing, quote, no such material exists.

actually better. that comes on the heels of yesterday's weak trade data. nikkei up a half percent. lauren: let's see how european stocks are trading this morning. the ftse in london 52 points, the cac in paris up 70, dax in germany up 145 points and percentage basis and the cac is doing best there of 1.6%. nicole: we are or the track for the worst week that we have see for the dow, nasdaq and s&p. today we are seeing up arrows that could help things along. dow futures this morning up 46, s&p up 6, retail sales. janet yellen is speaking, just to name some and a slew of bank earnings to follow. lauren: oil prices rose yesterday for the first time in three days, they are up again this morning just shy of 51 bucks a barrel. 50.96, up 1% and gold down fractionally 12.57 a troy ounce. nicole: another member of the federal reserve is ready to

interest rates. he would like to see one by the end of the year but still has concerns about the economy. our own peter barnes has more. peter: well, here at the federal reserve bank of philadelphia president says he supports raise a quarter of a point as soon as the fed's next policy meeting in november. >> i was supportive in november of a rate move and i'm still supportive by the end of the year having one rate move for a couple of reasons. one the labor market as you mentioned continues to strob strong, some say 150ish thousand jobs is not strong enough but well enough to maintain employment rate at or near natural rate. second, we are seeing sign of wage increase, core pce starting to move toward 2% so i'm supportive of a rate move this year.

markets expect a fed rate increase up again of a quarter of a point at least by that meeting in december. parker says he supports the forecast of possibly two more rate hikes in 2017. back to you in new york. nicole: peter barnes, thank you. fed janet yellen to deliver speech, we certainly will be monitoring for any clues on future of rates and about 66% for december rate hike. the big banks, wells fargo, citigroup, jpmorgan all report third-quarter reports today. the focus will be on how the new management handles the earnings conference call and how they address the consumer sales scandal. also due citigroup expected to pose a third-straight decline in quarterly earnings.
