perfect candidate -- byron york says a concession for juan williams. thanks for being with us. good night from las vegas. see you tomorrow. kennedy: the third and final debate just one day away. a former member of very vanna says the way we choose president is broken. the all-important third and final presidential debate is tomorrow night in vegas. so place your bets who you think will show up on that stage. donald trump and hillary clinton are leg locked in the tight race and the donald has gambled on
8:01 pm
defensive showmanship to take him to victory. the last two debates we have vat candidates. >> rosie o'donnell i said tough to her and i think everybody will agree that she deserved it. kennedy: then steady and optimistic donald. >> she does fight hard and she doesn't give and i consider that to be a good trait. kennedy: will that win over demented mudslinging in but donald has to ask himself, do i want to win? if the answer is yes, he has to fumble through the folds to find clinton's he kill ease heel. he should take a panel out of clarence thomas' confirmation
8:02 pm
playbook and deny the groping allegations so he can move on and talk about the issues. >> unequivocally, uncatgoer goirically i deny each and every allegation. >> donald was one of the people who rooted for the housing crisis. he said back in 2006, gee i hope it does collapse because then i can go in and buy some and make some money. because it did collapse. >> that's called business, by the way. kennedy: she'll sport that joker mask and shimmy. this has potential to be the most entertaining 90 minutes of political theater in the history of politics.
8:03 pm
chris wallace will have his hands full. but he's just the man for the job. hillary will coat her hips in vaseline so they can grease her way through any tough exchanges. trump is a gemini. he will burn the place to the ground if he feels he lost all hope. they will be challenged by a decent moderator and be changed if they survive this titanic clash that has shaken the republic to its gooey core. let's do it. i'm kennedy. tomorrow's debate will be the rumble in the jungle and the thriller in manila. good thing we have a party panel here to discuss it.
8:04 pm
momiki is joined by lock land mark hayes. welcome everyone. i want you to know i hit the streets to find out what trump and clinton should do tomorrow night. let's take a look. is regular as donald trump's last stand. >> definitely. >> i think so. kennedy: what do you think donald trump has to do to shift momentum. >> behave why not interrupt. >> i think he's remorseful and he lets people know what's in his heart and what's pure evil. >> do you think he did better in st. louis than the first one? >> i think he was too focused on bashing hillary. >> he has to talk about the issues rather than defending all the things he has done in the past. kennedy: what do you think donald trump has to do in the final debate.
8:05 pm
>> not a damn thing but get off the ballot and let somebody with sense run. >> is the election causing strain in your relationship? >> if she was for trump i would kill her. kennedy: if your wife said she was a clinton supporter wore it be problematic? kennedy: surprised hillary clinton is using a sound? kennedy: how is this thing going to shake out? lock land, i'll start with you. what will happen, what should happen. >> he will double down on this base strategy. most notely steve ban none, the breitbart ceo and trump ceo thinks this is a winning form
8:06 pm
yeah. he thinks if he can get out his core supporters he will win. i don't think he's right, but i have been wrong about everything this cycle so we'll see. kennedy: no one has accurately predicted what's happening. based on this week and donald trump's reaction to various groping allegations, his reaction to the access hollywood tapes, what do you see happening on the stage. does he make a pivot or keep going. >> change his personality with 20 days to go. >> i love it that everybody has been wrong. now it's okay for me to sit here in a political discussion and my opinion is just as valuable as any political pundit. never again say hillary clinton is going to coat her thighs in vaseline.
8:07 pm
>> i wasn't paying attention. all i heard was the general context. so -- >> i think what you should do -- so here is what i'm thinking. hillary clinton do no wrong. do what she has been doing which is stay out of sight as much as possible. go to the debate and minimize potential for damage. he should go in there and try to talk about policies and go after the problems she has had, particularly with foreign policies. he should try to stick to that and not be taking the bait. do i think it will happen? no. kennedy: that is my advice to him. if he wants to make a dent in the polls he has to reach out.
8:08 pm
if she loses this third debate what does a loss look like for hillary clinton. is that the only way she can lose? >> you have more than half of the states right now are early voting. 40% of voters said they are going to be voting early. which means so many people have decided i think this bait is inconsequential. only pivot i see donald trump doing on that stage toys pivot to trump tv. i think there is every indication they are focusing on that base and not pivot together center or independent or women and double down on his strategy. he's trying to think how am i going to turn this into a business opportunity. it will be an infomercial for donald trump and for hillary clinton staying the course. kennedy: the inverse of the hypocritic oath. do all harm. as much damage as possible on
8:09 pm
that stage which makes it entertaining. does it service us as vote officers not necessarily. but it's certainly reason enough to watch. don't miss fbn's coverage of the third and final debate starting tomorrow. maria bartiromo kicks off the coverage followed by lou dobbs, then i'll coin neil cavuto to bring you the debate. melania trump says he's not the one to blame. parks and rec. set your dials to awesomeness overload and grab your beard combs.
8:10 pm
8:11 pm
8:12 pm
kennedy: donald trump's wife melania joined her husband to defend the allegations that he groped women over the years. >> all the allegations should be hand in a court of law. and without the evidence. to accuse somebody a man or woman, it's damaging and unfair.
8:13 pm
kennedy: hillary clinton still has problems of her own in the form of those leaked emails. we learned the clinton campaign divide vp options into food groups. a brand-new fox poll shows donald trump has gained support with independents and hillary has slipped. trump is now up. quite a bit. 38-31 with those independents. the party panel is back. i want to start with you. melania is a sympathetic person. she tried to distance herself from the story, saying she was upset with her husband and disturbed by what she heard on that initial tape, but she had forgiven him. how effective is her support on this.
8:14 pm
>> i heard her contract is up for renegotiation it's a little tom cruisish. i'm just saying. i think she is being used. she clear does not feel this way and she fills following the pattern of all the other trumps, deflect and blame. kennedy: if someone used the same language you are using now to describe a democratic woman you would set yourself on fire and scream sexism of the only way you feel okay using this language about another woman is because she belongs to another party. >> she belongs to donald trump. >> belong is the wrong word when we talk about spouses. i think she took a page out of
8:15 pm
the hillary clinton playbook. she is ex pregs, i don't like the language but i stands by my spouse. and that's what you would expect. kennedy: is she wrong to blame billy brush and howard stern? >> it's a bunch of guise get together and they are stupid and it's oh, my god, if that ever gets out. kennedy: do you think she neutralizes this story? >> no. i don't think there is anything she could have said that would prevent people from continuing to discuss it. especially with additional women coming out. i don't think it's going anywhere.
8:16 pm
kennedy: are you surprised that the independents are flocking back to trump? my theory is that more and more people are going from the independent camps to the democratic camp and because of that you are seeing a shift. kennedy: i think you are seeing people abandon third party options. kennedy: do millennials have a rosie view of communism? we'll talk about the election with nirvana's basist. this woman owns this house,
8:17 pm
with new cabinets from this shop, with handles designed here, made here, shipped from here, on this plane flown by this pilot, who owns stock in this company, that builds big things and provides benefits to this woman, with new cabinets. they all have insurance crafted personally for them. not just coverage, craftsmanship. not just insured. chubb insured. we ship everything you atcan imagine.n, and everything we ship has something in common. whether it's expedited overnight... ...or shipped around the globe, ...it's handled by od employees who know that delivering freight... ...means delivering promises. od. helping the world keep promises. how do we measure greatness in america?
8:18 pm
it's measured by what we do for our children. it's why as president i'll invest in our schools. in college that leads to opportunities... not debt. and an economy where every young american can find a job that lets them start a family of their own. i've spent my life fighting for kids and families. i want our success to be measured by theirs. i'm hillary clinton and i approve this message.
8:19 pm
8:20 pm
kennedy: if you have got bierms remorse. you might be interested to now there is a potentially better system for choosing candidate it's called rank voting. that means two things. first there cannot be a spoiler candidate, and second you may not get your favorite politician but you will certainly wind up with the one everybody hates. very vanna legend and political reformer krist novoselic. he's a proponent of rank voting. i heard ralph nader discuss this. how does it work? >> you know when you vote in a primary election and you vote
8:21 pm
for your favorite candidate. they count the votes. and if your favorite candidate wins, then they go to the general election and you vote for them again. but if your favorite looses in the primary then you have to pick a second choice in the general. so it fold the primary general into one election. so you have got a first choice and second choice and third choice. and if you don't have any candidates you like you don't have to rank any more. kennedy: i heard ralph nader say none of the above. if none of the above wins, you start all over. it. >> none of the above waves your time. this gives voters power. you can vote for a candidate you
8:22 pm
really want to see elected without super worrying about somebody getting elected you don't want elected at all. kennedy: you have been vocal in your support of gary johnson. people must tell you you are throwing your vote away and destroying the election and that is a spoiler candidate. what do you say to those people? >> i think forget it. i'm going to vote for gary johnson and that's the way i feel about it. the current rules give people incentive. they want to votes for somebody they hate. on my facebook feed people are freaking. i'm going to do a rating system. if you are super freaked out about donald trump you get five red hats. if you are only halfway freaked out, you will get two or three red hats. it's like a rating system. with rank choice voting you can
8:23 pm
put down your fast it candidate, and if they don't get it, bama joart, if no one gets a majority they kick out the last place vote getter and redistribute those voters second and third choices to the remaining candidates. kennedy: it sounds like company. >> it's not communism. who voted under communism. kennedy: you just came from maine literally today, and they are talking about this system in their state. what did you hear from people in. >> i found out people are excited, again there is a lot of tension. people have anxiety over who is" to win and who is going to lose. 2.4 million people vote in 10 cities in rank choice voting. they love it. it's a popular system. it gives voters more power. i'm excited about it.
8:24 pm
kennedy: voters feel disenfranchised. i think donald trump is tapping into that talking about these rigged systems, which i don't necessarily agree with him. >> i don't agree with hip either that it's rigged. how, i feel we need more choices. we go to the supermarket. we go online and ask choose our cell phones, we are all connected and go to the voting booth. then we get a buy nary choice between two candidates. kennedy: we need customer views and ratings. i want to ask you about something else. never mind. the cultural touchstone. it's 25. your record as a millennial. how do you feel about that. >> i'm excited so many people care by the.
8:25 pm
i walk down the street and get recognized. people tell me never mind, nirvana, thank you for it. >> i miss kurt cobain. dave goulds is still rocking the world. it's a great celebration. let's go to 50 years. kennedy: i'm glad we checked in before the election. is the election rigged? donald trump thinks it is. now the republicans are telling him to back off that claim. the actor behind parks and recs, ron swanson, he will join me and add lethal levels of masculinity to the show.

kennedy: donald trump soundinged
8:29 pm
the alarm on a rigged election. today president obama such a lecturer, told trump to stop whieng. it takes whine to know whine. it's not just democrats trying to shout down trump. republicans are pushing back. >> we have 67 counties in the state. there is no evidence behind any of this. this should not continue to be said. do i believe people should have confidence and do i believe they should vote? absolutely. kennedy: here to weigh in is jonah goldberg. welcome back. let's discuss the method here to all this talk of election rigging, and let's just take the part where we assume the polling places themselves are somehow under a rigged system.
8:30 pm
it's not always evidence to just say the method to the madman's madness. do you think trump is trying to dampen turnout in order to increase his favorability in winning the election? >> there are a bunch of different theories. it's difficult to figure out which one makes the most sense. i think that gives him too much credit. if you talk to people who dug into the data. what he is saying is also dampening interest in turnout for his own side.
8:31 pm
if you tell your own side this election has already been stolen, why are you going to show up and vote. d he's so infuriating democrats and the left by calling into question the legitimacy of the election he may be making them more enthusiastic to vote him out. and it might be a bad strategy. kennedy: let's say the democrats are rigging the system. let's say dead people are voting and everyone who is a bad person is voting a thousand times influencing local and national elections. wouldn't donald trump just go ahead and try and rig the system in his own right? it's like on the tour de france in 2006, if the top three guys are all gunning steroids and spitting their blood, why wouldn't everyone else in their field.
8:32 pm
i think at the end of the day, though, i'm sort of in the middle ground on this. a lot of people in the mainstream media who say there is zero evidence of any voter fraud at any time throughout history, i think they exaggerate how clean it elections are. people are saying elections are stolen every day. er in exaggerating at well. there are a handful of improprieties and specific localities and specific precincts people can point to and be just raged by. >> do we need international outside monitoring for our upcoming presidential election? >> the latest polls have trump up 2 in texas. have clinton up 4 in georgia. rick scott, the governor of florida who is one of trump's biggest backers is not rigging the election for hillary clinton.
8:33 pm
this is all nonsense. it wouldn't be nonsense if this was really tight and the whole country would be down to the 2000 florida election. kennedy: you say that now and in three weeks al gore will be president. >> maybe. we'll see about that. kennedy: as goes utah, so goes the nation. >> it's written in the book of mormons. it's a prophecy. kennedy: the answer is some where count middle like a good shot at bowling. a new survey says when millennials think about communism it's all mustaches and braids and no death camps or

8:38 pm
so many people disappeared under his watch they have to estimate it's between 39 and 40 million people. >> it's amazing, the historical ignorance. this is a troll poll where they ask the question in a leading way. it's an indictment of america's education -- i hate to get serious about a lighthearted topic. kennedy: i'm a first generation american. my mother was romanian. they fled those commie pass tarreds. everything was taken from them. >> there was no crime that was too serious to accuse bush and his cronies of committing. i was progressive in college and had a transition there.
8:39 pm
but for a while, he was satan. kennedy: we only have about a minute left. i do blame colleges for this. i don't think students are getting an accurate view of all the world worked and how many millions of people died. >> we spent a fair amount of time battling on the ground communist insurgencies in different parts of the world. and some of the shorers they were inflicting on the people they were dealing with. the soviet union was starting to wind down. i never thought we would circle back where there would be a decent amount of american youth who would think stalin and his ilk had the right idea. in world war ii he killed moment of his military leadership so they wouldn't attack germany. and there was no ends of the
