choices and higher prices for americans, why would it be that? >> i don't think it's a great deal to be honest with you for at&t. they have 100 million in debt, they're going to add 85-90. they're pushing the limits. it's not like they're adding another wireless provider to take, you know, any economies of scales. they're going to run time warner at least that's what they said, renew of 15% and the part of higher prices, so what? that's what happens. even if there was higher prices and less choice, what does that do, it provide opportunities for the amazons and the netflix and all the others to come in with

their own lower prices and more con tint. that's what i see. lauren: if this deal is approved controls not just the content, for a, competitors and b consumers? >> let's trace this as at&t is becoming the wireless version of comcast. we have choices of comcast which by the way is going to roll out at least they say own wireless. you have two huge providers. you have so many providers. a few years ago we at no time even think we could get original programming on netflix, what's to say if the prices don't go up, there's going to be another five or ten netflix competitors like years ago probably before you ladies were born. there was only cbs, nbc and now

judge ruled against democrats who opened door to roughly 60,000 voters who have not yet been verified. the democrats asked the judge to bypass process and declare them eligible to vote. within some of those voters may have been fraudulent people. >> you could come in from china and said you're eligible to vote and ballot could have been counted. our eyes are opens and we are watching. i guess the message is we are watching. adam: understand nobody in florida has ever turned away from casting a ballot. they have a process called a provisional ballot, you can show up and cast ballot and the canvassing board in your county verifies whether you're eligible to vote or not. in most cases, roughly 40% actually, those ballots are thrown out because the people are not eligible to vote. the democrats were trying to bypass that process.

charts, if you will, i am going to be bold here, i think in the next four years you're going to see dow at 25,000. that's how bullish i am right now just because of the market action. i think it's pretty terrific at this point. nicole: wow, 25,000. >> yeah. lauren: you know, gary, you don't care if this deal means higher prices for consumers, but will it really mean higher prices for consumers? >> i -- i don't know. i mean, i think right now we are seeing such a rapid evolvement in technology. we've seen just in the past few years companies like netflix, amazon grow leaps and bounds, uber, lyft that came out of no where and people in legislature think that they extrapolate from what's currently going on and

think think, my gosh, nothing is going to change. if we have seen anything in technology, companies that you thought were going to dominate like netescape are gone now. so here we are a case where people are thinking, oh, my gosh, we are not going to have any fewer choices. that's assuming we see no advances in technology or offerings and i think that it's just the opposite. nicole: i want to ask you about this, first of all, timing, 15 days before a huge election and everybody is coming out against it. maybe they should have waited. you mentioned at&t might be interested in time warner, at&t moved in and bought satellite direct tv last year for 48 and a half billion dollars. at&t is changing what they're about, don't you think? >> absolutely. i think this is a defensive move. it's not in at&t's core business, comcast buying nbc universal wasn't in their core
