12:01 am
freedom, how expecting government to do too much makes us less free. whether bailout too big to fail or a hatefully imposed insurance system, the consequences of the federal insertions leave people broke, static and shackled to systems they never wanted. a study shows 60% of voters consider health care a key election issue. that is good news for donald trump, who has been making political hey of 25 percent average premium spikes for people who have exchanger insurance. >> hillary clinton wants to double down on obamacare, make it worse. she wants to put the government totally in charge of your health care despite the fact that it is no good, it will be much more expensive than today. kennedy: look at that. and architect of the failed 1993 single payer disaster this is hillary's dream to
12:02 am
turn the aca debacle and your health care to the v.a., where people languish on lists and die before they are treated much best case, she protect status quo, jack up obamacare with duct tape and quaker state. and subsidies for few measure. >> i want very much to save what works and is good but we have too get costs down, provide additional he'l help to small businesses. >> what does this woman know about small business? unless it wears a crown, kills gays, and gives her $12 million for a moroccan speech, she does not want anything to do with it. like president obama she thinks eliminating all choice is good for competition. tell that to those like arizona facing a 116% premium
12:03 am
spike. of being president he has to seize to this issue with greater command of the fact. federal government the hell out of your health care, the doctor is in. glad you are too, i'm kennedy. kennedy: oh, donald trump, he may be sinking in a few polls but obamacare revelation may be the lifeline he needs to claw his way back to the stop, tonight, mcd mcdowell from fox business network, matt welch. and tom shillue. >> thank you. >> girl. >> glad it be here. kennedy: we have a lot of health the insurance to discuss, this is either status quo or the var v.a.
12:04 am
either hillary clinton protects president obama's status quo by making a few minor tweaks or full singer payer turning health care rocket to the v.a. >> she wants to run out the clock, get elected first, then see what happened. i wish i could agree with what you said, i kind of do. i would love if donald trump could speak with clarity about you know our healthcare system. i don't know if it would help to get votes, mitt romney was eloquent about what was wrong with obamacare, we reelected obama. it like, i don't know if proof is out there, and during obama's first term that obamacare was a disaster. kennedy: now, i mean, now people see the chicken coming home to roost. >> do they? kennedy: they do, when your insurance premium go up too now you can't afford to pay your phone bill or our mortgage.
12:05 am
>> when your wife is pregnant and you lose your health insurer, and she has to go out in her third trimester at beginning of next year that is an actual anecdote from north carolina of what is going on. this is fantasyland for liberal up in flames, this was just, the health insurers dump some patients. two years ago president obama said, 5 years out, you -- we'll look at this as a monumental achievement. well, it is flat. kennedy: and said premium would go down. >> average 2500 a family, that worked out. the problem with mitt romney he designed obamacare. donald trump is okay on the criticism. and you are also right in that when he talks about healthcare you don't know where he is. he started this campaign champions canadian system of health care, that is not
12:06 am
really a viable alternative. kennedy: right, that is the caveat, he has to be invested in facts of obamacare and facts of failure to sell it as an issue. he can't just say obamacare is bad, let's get rid of it, that makes people worry. >> when marco rubio had one day he was good. it was about this, what are you doing about obamacare. just erase the line, he kept repeating that. >> this is a critical issue. at state level, you look at a feingold, deciding vote for obamacare in senate, he wants people to to vote him in. john mccain is running against it. his opponent, kirkpatrick called opponent care, her proudest vote, and tumi's saying that people in pennsylvania should be proud
12:07 am
of it, these people have to own this. kennedy: whether the president, bill clinton or health and human services they admitted, it is a failure. >> they brag about people who now have insurance, because they got dumped into medicaid some sucked, it sucked, it sucks. kennedy: yes. speaking of hillary clinton, she has never been below pandering, and yesterday she was on univision el gordo and la, flaca . watch her salsa dance. i am so roused right now. you may have witnessed hillary clinton a dancing in public before, last year dancing on "ellen."
12:08 am
oh, god, all right. let's discuss this. tom. do you think latinos take some twisted joy in making her pander in the ways? >> i think so. kennedy: drinky i tequila and pronounces words in espan -- espanol . >> it looked like it, i might tune in, they have a small person on the show, they make you jump through hoops on these shows. kennedy: they know she is pandering, they know what she is doing, but, really fun to -- >> on charlemagne the god show, she bragged about carrying hot sauce on her show. >> they asked her about the
12:09 am
food, italian or mexican? problem mexican. >> and again bragged about the hot sauce. >> mexican food is her favorite. >> thank you. >> don't you remember she quoted lyrics from gospel singer reverend james cleveland, i don't feel no way tired. did you hear that audiotape where she uses shall i say a die le dialect. if i tried to do it i would be accused of being a racist. kennedy: i am glad you said that. >> you can call plea o plea on the phone, i will do -- you can call me on the phone, and i'll to we need a new chapter in america. kennedy: parties panel, returns with latest fox news

according to a new fox news national poll. clinton has got the edge by 3 percentage points, johnson and jill steyn trailing. there is big news, independ, trump opened up a 13 point lead, 41 to 28% over hillary. johnson in third. with 14. jill steyn with 7, party panel is back. matt, and tom. tom, talk about the numbers. not two weeks ago, hillary clinton had a 6 point lead. >> there was such bad news about trump the people for him would not pick up the phone, and not participate in the poll, for about a week they were like i'm not talking too anyone they were in denial. so, yes, he is moving. i have always thought trump
12:14 am
would gain in last two weeks, and i think that the race is close. unlike you, i think that trump -- he has a good chance of winning, because it is a crazy year. there are a lot of people out there, they are coming out, that is what trump saidakhmetov, crazy -- said that crazy people are coming out and vote for the first time ever. kennedy: they have not changed their minds but a lot have not made their choices known. "the independents," he has a 13 point lead, and gary johnson gained more with independents, you wrote the book. the declaration of independents, what is going on mematt? >> that is one of good polls for gary johnson. gary johnson, he was polling
12:15 am
equally for most of the campaign, that stopped, democrats laid 55 million dollars on -- >> they did that is what hurt him, he was getting attacks from the rid right and the left. you are right, this is first glimmer of good news he has seen. >> he has been getting, instead of 1, 1, 1, it is now 3, 2, 1. kennedy: what do you think of this? a sign of a momentum shift for trump? could the last two weeks slip the race with him on top? >> it is a narrowing but he has to avoid bowing out. kennedy: can he do that? >> it is up to him. it is people in the wings waiting to dumb more bad news on him. we found out george bush the
12:16 am
dui right before the election. i don't have any inside information. kennedy: you can only imagine. >> brace yourself. we know how big the -- that clintons have assembled. >> a lot of never trumps say you have not seen anything yet. >> i don't know if anything would work for him, i thought he would ther either win or not. kennedy: you are so right. >> no, if he wins, he always would have won. there is nothing you can do to make it worse or better for him. kennedy: wow. >> either say like,. kennedy: a live option, you can't be a little bit pregnant, top shillue with a win there. >> and okay, who decides what is right and wrong with halloween costumes? >> michael moore's new film, makes what could be most nvinng case yet, why
12:17 am
12:19 am
12:20 am
kennedy: truvmen trump's election will be the biggest fu in history awarding to michael moore. moore has never been a fan of donald trump, but he spent a good deal of his career, chronicalling the same people who are likely voting for donald trump, he is warning fellow lefties, they are in a big surprise on election day, argue that washington elites do not understand the tidalwave of anger.
12:21 am
>> he is saying that people who are hurting. it is why everyone beaten down nameless forgotten working stiff, who used to be part of the middle class loves trump. he is the human molotav cocktail. they have been waiting for. human hand grenade they can throw legally into the system that stole their lives from them. >> heavy stuff. publisher, joining me to talk about this ben, this is interesting this is heartfelt emotional speech, you know for michael moore, you would assume that he would be insulting some of the people who have most been enamored with donald trump. but rather, he is complimenting them, say they are decent people and he understands them, is this the best piece of elect earring
12:22 am
that donald trump -- election earring this donald trump has. >> interesting, for michael moore, trying to make case to a lot of benc bernie sanders supporters they need to vote for hillary clinton because, her election would be more important and better for nation. but on the way, he shows a lot of sympathy for donald trump supporters, i think he is speaking to is a faction of democratic party. that really no longer exists, gone away from democratic party, and is now voting for donald trump because, they view him unlike hillary clinton as someone who actually cares about their interesting and feels their pain of, and understands what their communities have gone through because of what they perceive as a lot of bad deals that have gone against them, and a lot of changes in the global economy that hurt their community, he understands that hillary clinton does not speak for them, this is michael moore being honest inspite of
12:23 am
himself, he. he is acknowledging he knows that hillary clinton does not stand for these voters or their interest. kennedy: hillary clinton has great contempt for people who like donald trump, michael moore has at least tried to understand that, because he has known them and documented them for decades, another, interesting parallel is, he talks about the brexit states, pennsylvania, ohio and michigan. and donald trump is hoping that brexit vote was supposed to go in favor of those wants to stay in the ue, but it went hop sit -- opposite way, do you think there is still a possibility that donald trump could have his brexit moment? >> i think that there is a situation within those states where he will over perform in a lot of communities that traditionally have note gone for the republican nominee, in from thal elections, he is going to win a lot of blue collar democrat com community
12:24 am
that will probably split their ticket. because they understand, that hillary clinton does not represent their interest. the problem for him, is that there are sus suburban communities in the state with mitt romney performed well, but trump is expected to under perform, he needs both of those communities to win those states, and polling we have right now does in the indicate he is doing as well as he needs to win there, polling was wrong about brexit as well, but i think that we have to expect that, if donald trump and the next two weeks is unable to make up ground he lost in the suburban communities he will have a hard path ahead to win. kennedy: really interesting, only thing we know is that mag -- the math in 2016 will look very different from math in 2012, i know michael moore tried to compare donald trump
12:25 am
to a pedophile, she no he is not a fan of his. do you think that donald trump will be next president. >> i don't think that trump will be next president but moore's statement speaks to a problem that will remain for both political parties in aftermath of that election, they will have to find a way to speak to millions of americans who are out of work or out of workforce, working age adults who would like a path forward and have a lot of despair about the future of the economy, hillary clinton is not going to expee speak to those concerns, someone will need to. kennedy: ben, you are so mart thank you. >> great to be with you. kennedy: coming up we're less than two weeks from the election, analyst predict a final october or november surprise that shake things up, i talk to chris wallace about what might be in store, that what might be in store, that is next, stay here.

kennedy: welcome back, early voting underway in a bunch of key state with exit poll showing democratic gains in nevada and colorado, and an edge in north carolina, florida early results show republicans with a slight edge, but not everyone republican or every democrat is voting for trump or clinton. so, how much stock should we put in the early voting tallies? is the election over before it begins? or are their more surprises, look who it is, fox news sunday anchor chris wallace joining me now with much needed answers, welcome. >> i don't know if i got answers, but i do have questions, good to be with you. kennedy: is there anything we can glean? we see democrats have voted more often in nevada, and north carolina they edge, we don't know the result of those votes, is there anything we could tell from what you have seen.
12:30 am
>> ja, yo yeah, you are right, you don't necessarily know that a democratic registered voter will vote for clinton or republican for crump, bu trump, but -- trump, but chances are. so, you know if you have an edge in early voting, in terms of registered people of your party that would go for that person. i was talking with robby mook campaign manager for hillary clinton this weekend they expect 40% of total vote for the election would have been cast even before election day. it is the last day that people vote. kennedy: a good point. in places like my home state of oregon, it is all mail -- vote my mail. i want to talk about donald trump. and that quote he had about
12:31 am
20-20 and moving forward. >> they are wasting their time, you don't have a little bit of a chance this is it. we're is he about his affect on republican party on short and midterm? >> well, it is in terms of saying what is happening in 2020 is preposterous just as it was in 2012, not that donald trump would be nominee of republican party now. 4 years is a an an exxon -- ion in politics, saying don't think we can have hillary for 4 years and pick someone else in 2020, he is trying to get people, republicans to vote for and support him. now. but, you know, i think that is
12:32 am
the short-term impetus for his remarks. who knows. kennedy: chris, i do know you moderated three of presidential debates two in primaries. when you look at field, without donald trump, in the mix, and i know that is a huge hypothetical. who do you think nominee would have been without donald trump, and do you think that person, could be beating hillary clinton? >> it is hard to say who the nominee would have been, but do i think that people are in that field that would run more strongly again clinton in now than donald trump, yes, i do. i think that a more moderate, conventional experienced republican, i know there will be a lot of people out there driven nuts by my saying this but i think, just names john kasich might do better against hillary clinton than trump, yes. marco rubio might do better? yes, not to say they would have won the nomination, but, i do think they more convent yo-- convent conventional
12:33 am
mainstream, but as we know they could not get nominated. i will tell you, interesting as we get the wikileaks e-mails from people in dlin cleaclinton campaign, they were not worried about donald trump, one point they talk about hillary clinton, and raising money, and great, concern, i forget who sent that e-mail. they said why is that, they put in letters, capital letters jeb bush. so, that is who the clinton campaign was worried about. back in 2015. kennedy: all right, so, one last question, you know, you studied the two debates between clinton and trump before you mode rated the fine -- moderated final debate in las vegas, what was most important element for you to get out on the stage? >> well, i say a couple one was that there was a lot that had been left to the table, in after first two, a lot of
12:34 am
issues supreme court it had barely been mentioned and entitlements, and it was clear. that people were getting really tired of the scandals, about the groping or what the clintons had done, and e-mails. they are tired of it, i think one reason that i got good notices, was i purposely went on issues, supreme court. immigration, and economy for first 45 minute, never mentionemention word grope. that is a first thing you think of in a presidential debate. kennedy: chris you did a fantastic job, fon phenomenon phenomenal to see new vegas. thank you for taking time to talk i appreciate it. >> thank you, kennedy. kennedy: coming up, a new poll.
12:35 am
saysays -- respect for police at a 50 year high, why does it feel like the opposite is happening? the panel returns to discuss, stay with me. recently, a 1954 mercedes-benz grand prix race car made history when it sold for a record price of just under $30 million. and now, another mercedes-benz makes history selling at just over $30,000. and to think this one actually has a surround-sound stereo. the 2016 cla. lease the cla250 for $299 a month at your local mercedes-benz dealer. mercedes-benz. the best or nothing.
12:38 am
12:39 am
party panel is back. to discuss this. megan, matt and tom. matt, you are a residence free speech expert there goes guy mexinazi costume. >> these students are doing the worse thing making me feel some amount of sympathy for the fro from ter nighties and -- frats and sororities. i went to a school where halloween was they had to bring in cops from a thousand miles around. >> and shoppers and spotlights. >> you should not have you know policing your taste, i thinkoly thing to do, everyone
12:40 am
must dress as a scary clown for this halloween. >> even a regular clown is scary now, people are crazy and paranoid about clowns. kennedy: can you believe, every time a story comes out, i am how stupe ci stupid is college now, it is not fun. >> we must shame anyone over 18 who dresses up for halloween, they are adults, they should ignore halloween or answer the door and put candy in kids basket, enough with valentine's day. adults should in the participate. kennedy: thanks grandpa. >> i am offended by most comeume costumes that 35-year-old women wear on halloween, i just don't need too see that. >> most offensive thing is
12:41 am
that cost more than a quarter million to go to school. kennedy: i went to debt just reading story. >> respect for police, is at a 50 year high. this in wake of cop shooting in dallas and baton rouge. this is surprising to me. spoke with nypd officers, and they said, this is nonsense, they feel a great deal of disrespect for people out there. they have to rethink what they are doing. and you know, there is so much hesitation in their job they worry it makes them less safe, a lot of cops are wondering if there are other jobs out that, that makes me sad. >> this shows as faulty of our criminal justice -- folly of our criminal justice reform friends on left, centering on racism and hearts of cop, you
12:42 am
don't make criminal justice reform about cops being bad you make it about laws being bad and is intense irving wrong. -- incentives wrong, and american public, if everyone is ganging up on cops we'll take their side that is normal human response. hopefully they will reaction to this by saying let's rethink this. kennedy: do you think it is accurate. >> it is but your experience is as well, people that police are tealing -- dealing with have hostility, that is fueled by on-line videoed, demonstrations. rest of country is sick of everyone piled on they are coming to their defense. kennedy: they see the cops getting killed, and -- >> sadly the cops shooting and killing that made american people realize, how muchs men and women risk their lives they run toward violence, they run, they hear gunshot they run to it.
12:43 am
that is what you saw in dallas. and i guess that is sad irony in this. is people are trying to highlight, cop violence, against plaqu black individuals but people understand how much people risk. kennedy: only thing be we can do to honor law enforcement and dress up as sluty cops for halloween. >> that is what i'm talking about, i don't need to see where your ass meets the top of your leg. kennedy: you will monday. >> thank you, matt. >> matt. >> halloween is going to be so much fun. >> thank you,. >> coming up. kennedy: cost of college degree in america is sky rockets, but with hillary clinton and her free tuition program, backfiring driving prices higher, yes. stole the throne, witch,
12:46 am
12:47 am
kennedy: this story drives me crazy, free college tru tuition for millions of americans has been a cornerstone for hillary clinton's approximately can thal -- presidential campaign, a growing number of economists saying that it could make college money krurch. >> you may could asking, where is that free money coming from? we have fox business network elizabeth mack donald to answer that. >> saying 700 billion, from states, where do states get their grant money in
12:48 am
taxpayers. spread it across board that money will not go toward pensions for firemen and cops, you know fixing roads, things of that nature that the state need needs. hillary clinton calls it debt free, scratch the word free, nothing is free, money comes from somewhere, there is no incentive for the deans, and fat cat academics to bring tuition cost down. kennedy: right, we have more government in position, no free market, and that is the key wo no incentive for them to cut size of administration or cut costs, i went through the uc system in california it is dire out there. they raise tuition they cut services, and i don't see how the federal grants are going to solve this problem. when you don't have any reason to not raise tuition. >> right, so, they are like, donald trumps of college
12:49 am
world, they are fat cat academics who built a business model like hotel empire, five-star cafeteria, or gyms or white elephant football stadium, big lavish door rooms, trying to spread campuses to urban areas. that is the name of the game, they see another college doing it, they mimic it, who pays for that? middle class families. my alma mater sees unions coming in to try to unionize the janitors and cafeteria workers, i said who pays for that? they said we do it all of time, we raise tuition. kennedy: none of those things talk about actual academic experience or readying students for the workplace. you know hillary said, she is
12:50 am
going to hold them accountable, how? what do you do? >> if you are serious about it, every time you raise tuition, you say, you will lose that amount in taxes. as for degrees, you know, see them they have tree schools, people learning electricity on trade schools or electricity, po to be a blummer that wil plumber that will make you money, not. soap operas, it is so unfair too what colleges are doing to parents. kennedy: college is not necessary for everyone but trade schools there is a huge gap in the job market, holes need to be filled. we're looking at wrong place wrong institution. >> i wow have been happy as joan the plumber make some money. kennedy: all right. thank you emack. >> coming up, how much loose
12:51 am
change do ghosts loose every year? a new report from the brook my business was built with passion... but i keep it growing by making every dollar count. that's why i have the spark cash card from capital one. with it, i earn unlimited 2% cash back on all of my purchasing. and that unlimited 2% cash back from spark means thousands of dollars each year going back into my business... which adds fuel to my bottom line. what's in your wallet?
12:54 am
kennedy: when you visit a sophisticated wild west theme park full of robots, and they a conscious. halloween less than a week away. that means, every pharmacy in america is putting up christmas decorations, let the turkey cool. i hate you people. but i degrees. how could we infuse robot into national spook day. look at that. look at that nice clean cut. smooth line.
