nicole: dow is looking at four weeks in a row and see if we can close today and closed record high. the s&p futures are down 7. nasdaq futures down 26. the dow has been higher and energy stocks have been higher. tech stocks have been to the downside. down 2.7%. we haven't seen that in ten months. lauren: we have, let's take a look at commodities. 11.73 an ounce and oil no longer at $51 a barrel. it's down 59 cents at 50.47. maybe there's concern that the opec and russia production cuts maybe they won't really implement those cuts. nicole: let's take a look now at johnson & johnson, it's been order today pay more than one billion dollars to six plaintiffs who say they were injured by hip implants. a federal judge in dallas found the company's metal on metal hip implants were defectively designed.

movement. what does it mean to the united states when we talk about votes in italy, we have seen votes in austria, presidential elections in germany next year, how does it relate to investors next morning and the week ahead? >> well, i think it's very much, you'll be looking towards the week ahead of me, there's worries in terms of equity markets. if you look at the downside that you could have on the back of a no vote. nicole: that's actually a great pint. on monday morning, a no vote means what for u.s. markets and a yes vote means what for u.s. markets? >> for me a no vote makes markets are ub -- unwinding a little bit. the negativity from this point of view that would hit the banking and financial institutions would unwind markets that we have seen. of course, they rallied so strongly. they do have some kind of correction in them, of course,
