countries which the previous administration said are countries of particular concern? the answer has to be yes. lou: even though five judges made their -- made an attempt -- a run at it, as you say, it's constitutional, these judges are making political judgments, not proper legal judgments. let me turn to judge gorsuch and the opposition that sprung up around him. i have never seen a supreme court nominee whose resume is more impressive, whose respect from all quarters of the legal profession, and politically is more universal or any deep. he's a remarkable candidate. what happens to him, will there be a nuclear option in your judgment, and should there be if he is to be opposed by dems for their own recklessness and

pettiness? >> in 8 or 9 weeks we'll be calling judge gorsuch justice gorsuch. i had a case in front of this judge. we took the case all the way to the supreme court. nine justices ended up agreeing with the position we advocated which is the position judge gorsuch did in a dissent and it became the law. will they try to mount opposition? sure, they will try. i don't think it's the senator themselves as the publicked a voa today i groups demanding something here. lou: can we not just say out of decency, to hell with them? we are talking about a legal profession that in nearly every law school in the country i think you would agree with me, they get less an education than

indoctrination and values liberal to left wing inculcated in their education as attorneys. >> there is no doubt that within the legal academy more for the most part, it's left of center. they don't spend time talking about the constitution. there are some universities that are exception. but they are rare exceptions. there are a couple others. but most academy in the legal community is not only tilted left. but drive the law through an ideological lens that is contrary to our history, our foundation and the constitution of which most of these law students never read. lou: should not the republican party be focusing on these issues and couple with kiewnlter veiling strategy as well as tactics to neutralize that kind

of -- again, indoctrination? shouldn't the justice department, the american bar association have some standards that are balanced and constitutional if you would say, constitutional foundation? >> a lot of these law students studied law in havana. there are law schools that do not have required courses anymore. lou: we have schools that start teaching american history beginning 1887. >> these lawyers become judges and these judges become appellate judges and some of them ends up on the supreme court of the united states. lou: good to have you with us. thanks so as much.
