how could i be. a few thoughts on the reckless disregard for our national security and public safety by the dems. delaying and boycotting mr. trump's cabinet nominations. he was sworn in not even two week ago. yet on six of his appointees have been confirmed. the fewest since 1933 at this juncture in his presidency. the democrats are boycotting another committee vote on president trump's epa nominee scott pruitt. but republicans on the senate environment committee did what their colleagues on the finance committee did. they suspended rules to advance pruitt to the full senate for an up and down vote. the dems attacking the president's nominees without basis whatsoever. they are pledging to block who

countries which the previous administration said are countries of particular concern? the answer has to be yes. lou: even though five judges made their -- made an attempt -- a run at it, as you say, it's constitutional, these judges are making political judgments, not proper legal judgments. let me turn to judge gorsuch and the opposition that sprung up around him. i have never seen a supreme court nominee whose resume is more impressive, whose respect from all quarters of the legal profession, and politically is more universal or any deep. he's a remarkable candidate. what happens to him, will there be a nuclear option in your judgment, and should there be if he is to be opposed by dems for their own recklessness and
