i think that issue is pretty attenuated. that's an argument the ninth circuit is having a hard time i'd whereas in the boston case in the first circuit is headed in the opposite direction. we may see a situation where we can have a conflict between the east coast and west coast on these kinds of core issues. trade through the restraining order could not be appealed. the states like the standing to bring this case that the restraining order was improperly issued by the court and was properly issued by the lower court. out of those four outcomes, where do you see this going? >> well, in the short term the government's going to lose. it will be a two to one split between party lines with the two democratic appointees are going back to the district court for further proceedings. the short-term loss for the administration, but in the long term we are going to see the constitutional party of the president supported because at the end of the day this is
