bull market. if the bull market continuing? where do they go? >> the beginning of your project with the s&p would be a 10% for the year. we're almost halfway there after two months even without loosing this week. we are up 5%. that's unsustainable for the whole year. i'm not thinking will see a major correction or anything like that. that doesn't seem to be in the cars, the certainly consolidation over the next several months at some point make some sense. but could trigger that, we may have gotten a little bit enthusiastic about the president's reforms. so perhaps we might start to see some reality coming in there. nicole: once we got a 2.6% of the barnyard, that's a fair move. your thought? getting closer. >> yeah, yeah. a couple things i'm not. as rates rise, that will hurt bonds. i would tend to be inactive.

i'm not saying we are going to get a bear market out of bed. it's going to be at some point we will see a lackluster stock market. >> a 1% drop for bigger drop are not really? >> could it be 5%? certainly. certainly i wouldn't see a correction. the rate of increase in the stock market this year. nicole: in the summer we are expected to get tax reform. that might send stocks back. >> possibly. keep in mind there's so much optimism about the president's reforms. probably a little overblown. >> a little bit off. but the big deal? everybody expect something like that. that picture still optimistic. but our president trump's ideas and policies which people are all thinking i'd get delayed and we see that happening. >> i think that could be some of that disappointment we might see that begins this consolidation on stocks.
