8:00 pm
and political analyst gayle trotter and charlie hurt. good to have you all with us. let me start with you, gayle, if i may. charlie hurt, i want to start with you, i'm told. charlie: i tnk this is a continuation of what we saw during the campaign it's evidence that donald trump is not -- the campaign is not over. he's going to keep going, and he's going to keep going pushing his agenda and take it out to the country. i think he will prove to be very, very effective. i can guarantee there are a lot of democrats and republicans as well who are very, very nervous about the fact if they oppose
8:01 pm
this guy, he can do what he's doing here in nashville where you have people braving unbelievably freezing temperatures by the thousands to get in there to see him. he still has enormous fire power. lou: i'm told gayle trotter is ready. it's clear these rallies are in clear response to the national left-wing media that's continues to berate him, badger him and drive his negatives higher. this is the best way he has with thousands of people ready to pour out to these rally venues to hear the president of the united states. >> the really exciting thing is he's continuing to get out of the washington, d.c. bubble. being a native of washington.
8:02 pm
people come here, they care about the cocktail parties held in georgetown and they lose touch with the people. president trump is maintaining his contact with the base. the people who voted for him are not the people in washington, and they are n the people in the mainstream media. lou: this president obviously out of the white house. he doesn't want to stay in that bubble to the degree any president can escape the bubble. this shows great energy which he has got a surplus of. and a desire to be more than a fixture in the oval office. >> trump fever continues. that's where he has been so effective in continuing to communicate to the american people. that's what works for president trump.
8:03 pm
the biggest challenges is the fights he has in the swamp. how he will manage the ryan-care deal. i'll be interested to see what trump says about obamacare. it's in a stand still right now. lou: we are also watching -- it was extraordinary today. the speaker of the house saying, wait a minute, don't blame me. the senate also had a committee that was aware of it. and the president of the united states had some people in on the legislation. i mean, could people -- it's hard to imagine more purile response.
8:04 pm
charlie: republicans have gotten where they have because they tend to shoot themselves in the foot all the time. republicans will be the ones that put this thing together. we are seeing the leadership from the president. but the idea that republicans and this goes to donald trump as well. president trump and republicans in congress need to hang waste is they are doing on democrats. if this thing fails, they need to be able to pin that failure on democrats. the democrats not only gave america obamacare, but they are going to turn around and ruin all the efforts to try to fix it or improve it. and i think in particular republicans in congress have done a poor job of making that case and making democrats own that. and if they don't, republicans are going to wind up being the ones that take all the blame for it.
8:05 pm
>> why is it the leadership of the house, in particular, was not adroit enough, intelligent enough, talented enough, whatever is the reason, to anticipate all of the maneuvers made by the minority party, and to drive forward with the obamacare repeal and replacement? charlie: it's truly incredible. it shows a lack of defendantne f deftness. it's why republicans are been in trouble for so long. lou: the man you are watching right now walking through the venue saying hello to everybody. enjoying the moment, shaking hands with lee greenwood. he's the exception. he showed the republicans how to win. people like mitch mcconnell and paul ryan, they act like
8:06 pm
they are the ones who figured out how to get around all the bases to home place when in fact he was dragging them the whole way. let's turn to the president of the united states. [cheers and applause] [crowd chanting usa!] president trump: thank you very much, everybody. thank you. so we are just going to let the other folks come in, fill it up. this is some crowd. you have to see what's outside,
8:07 pm
you wouldn't even believe it. unbelievable. so i'm thrilled to be here in nashville, tennessee, the home of country music. southern hospitality, and the great president andrew jackson. [cheers and applause] i just came from a tour of andrew jackson's home to mark the 250th anniversary of his birth. jackson's life was devoted to one very crucial principle. he understood that real leadership means putting america first. [cheers and applause] before becoming president, andrew jackson served your state in the house of representatives
8:08 pm
and in the united states senate, and he also served as commander of the tennessee militia. tough cookie. so let's begin by thanking all of the incredible men and women of the united states military and all of our wonderful veterans. the veterans. [cheers and applause] [crowd chanting usa!] amazing. there is no place i would rather be than with all of you here tonight with the wonderful hard-working citizens of our country.
8:09 pm
i would much rather spend time with you than any of the pundits, consultant, or special interests, or reporters from washington, d.c. if patriotic americans like you make this country run and run well. you pay your tax, follow our laws, support your community, raise your children, love your country, and send your bravest to fight in our wars. all you want is a government that shows you the same loyalty in return. it's time that heard your voice, and believe me on november 8 they heard your voice. [cheers and applause]
8:10 pm
[crowd chanting trump trump trump!] the forgotten men and women of our country will never be forgotten again. believe me. i want to thank so many of your state leaders, state party chairman scott golden. congressman scott degul air. congresswoman marcia planning burn. congresswoman diane black. congressman jimmy duncan, right from the binning governor bill haslum.
8:11 pm
a great friends of nine, senator bob corker. an incredible guy, respected by all, senator lamar alexander. and so many more. thank you all for being here. we are going to be working closely together -- thank you -- to deliver for you have the citizens of season see like you have never been delivered for before. thank you. thank you. thank you. we are going to reduce your taxes. bigley. big. big. i want to start that process so quickly. got to get the healthcare done. got to start the tax reductions.
8:12 pm
we are going to enforce our trade rules and bring back our jobs which are scattered all over the world. they are coming back to our country. we are going to support amazing, absolutely amazing men and women of law enforcement. protect your freedoms and defend the second amendment. [cheers and applause] and we are going to restore respect for our country and for its great and very beautiful flag. [cheers and applause] a little over 50 days since my inauguration, and we have been putting our america first agenda have much into action. you see what's happened. we are keeping our promises.
8:13 pm
they have signs, he kept his promise. they are all over the place. i have. we have done far more. i think maybe more than anybody has done in this office in 50 days. that i can tell you. and we have just gotten started. wait until you see what's coming, folks. we apointed supreme court justice to replace the plate great antonin scalia. his name is judge neil gorsuch. he will uphold and defend the constitution of the united states. we are proposing a budget that will shrink the below thed federal bureaucracy -- shrink the below the belowthe bloated .
8:14 pm
you see what we are doing with our military, bigger, bert and stronger than before. -- bert and strong than beforen you are already seeing the results. our budget calls for one of the single largest increases in defense spending in this country. we believe -- especially the people in tennessee, i know you have people so well -- peace through strength. that's what we are going to have. and we are taking steps to make sure that our allies pay their fair share. they have to pay. we have begun a dramatic effort to eliminate job-killing federal regulations like nobody has ever seen before. slash, slash. we are going to protect the
8:15 pm
environment, we are going to protect people's safety. but let me tell you, the regulation business has become a terrible business, and we are going to bring it down to where it should be. okay, let's go. one person and they will be the story torrow. did you hear there will be was a protest. we are going to put our miners back to work.
8:16 pm
we are going put our auto industry back to work. already because of this new business climate, we are creating jobs that are starting to pour back into our country like we haven't seen in many, many decades. [cheers and applause] in the first two job reports since i took the oath of office, we have added nearly half a million new jobs. and believe me it's just beginning. i have already authorized the construction of the long-stalled and delay offed keystone and dakota access pipeline. a lot of jobs. i have also directed that new
8:17 pm
pipelines must be constructed with american steel. they want to build them here, they use our steel. bie itwo simple rules. buy american and hire american. [cheers and applause] on trade, i kept my promise to the american people and withdrawn from the trans-pacific partnership disaster. tennessee has lost one-third of its manufacturing jobs since the institution of nafta. one of the worst trade deals ever in history. our nation has lost over 60,000
8:18 pm
factories since china joined the world trade organization. 60,000. think of that. more than that. we are not going to let it happen anymore. from now on we are going to defend the american worker and our great american companies. and if america does what it says and if your president does what i have been telling you, there is nobody anywhere in the world that can even come close to us, folks. not even close. if a company wants to leave america, fire their workers, and then ship their new products back into our country, there will be consequences.
8:19 pm
that's what we have borders for. and by the way, aren't our borderers getting extremely strong? don't even think about it. we'll build the wall. don't even think about it. in fact as you probably read, we went out to bid. we had hundreds of bidders, everybody wants to build our wall. usually that means we are going to get a good price.
8:20 pm
we are going to get a good price. we'll build the wall. some of the fake news said, i don't think donald trump wants to build the wall. can you imagine if i said we are not going to build the wall? fake news. fake, fake news. fake news, folks. a lot of fake. now, the wall is way ahead of schedule in terms of where we are it's underde -- it's under design. but the border by itself right now is doing very well it's becoming very strong. general kelly has done a great job. general kelly. my administration also following through on our promise to
8:21 pm
secure, protect and defend that border within our united states, our southern border will be protected always it will have the wall, drugs will stop pouring in and poisoning our youth and that will happen very, very soon. you e already seeing what's going on. the drugs are pouring into our country, folks. they are poisoning our youth, and plenty of on thers. and we are going to stop it. we are not going to be playing games. following my executive action -- don't forget we have only been here for what, 50 days? -- we already experienced an unprecedented 40% reduction in illegal immigration on our southern border. 61%, 61% since inauguration day.
8:22 pm
61%. think of that. and now people are saying we are not going to go there anymore because we can't get in. so it will get bert and better. we have got to stop the drug. we have to stop the drugs. during the campaign as i traveled all across this country, i met with many americans families whose loved ones were viciously and violently killed by illegal immigrant because our government refused to enforce our already existing laws. these american victims were ignored by the media. they were ignored by washington. but they were not ignored by me and not ignored by you, and he will never be ignored certainly any longer.
8:23 pm
not going to happen. as we speak, we are finding the drug dealers, the robbers, thieves, gang members, killers and criminals preying on our citizens. one by one, you are reading by the, right? they are being thrown out of our country. they are being thrown into prisons, and we'll not let them back in. [cheers and applause] we are also working night and day to keep our nation safe from terrorism. we have seen the devastation from 9/11 to boston to san bernardino. hundreds of people from outside
8:24 pm
our country have been convicted of terrorism-related offenses in the united states courts. right now we have investigations going on. hundreds of refugees are under federal investigation for terrorism and related reasons. we have entire regions of the world destabilized by terrorism and isis. for this reason, i issued an executive order to temporarily suspend immigration from places where it cannot safely occur. [cheers and applause] but let me give you the bad news. we don' don't like bad news.
8:25 pm
let me give you the bad, the sad news. moments ago i learned that a district judge in hawaii [crowd booing] part o] [part of the muh overturned 9th circuit court. i have to be nice or otherwise while be criticized for speaking poorly about our courts. i'll be criticized. among the most dishonest people in the world, i will be criticized.
8:26 pm
i'll be criticized by them for speaking harshly about our courts. i would never want to do that. a judge has judge blocked our executive order on travel and refugees coming into our country from certain countries. the order he blocked was a watered down version of the first order that was also blocked by another judge and should have never been blocked to start with. this new order was tailored to the dictates of the 9th circuits in my opinion flawed ruling.
8:27 pm
this is the opinion of many, an unprecedented judiciou jewprecel overreach. the law and the constitution gives the president the power to suspend immigration when he or she deems -- fortunately lit not be hillary she -- [cheers and applause]
8:28 pm
when he or she deems it to be in the national interests of our country. [crowd chanting lock her up!] so we have a lot of lawyers here, we also have a lot of smart people here. let me read to you directly from the federal statute. 212-f of the immigration and you know what i'm talking about. can i read this to you? listen to this. we are all smart people, we are good students. even if you are a bad student. this is an easy one. let me tell you. ready in here is the statute. which they don't even quote when they overright. it was put here for the security our country. this goes beyond me because there will be other prts.
8:29 pm
other -- other presidents. and sometimes we need it badly for the security of our country. whenever the president finds that the entry of any aliens or any class of aliens would be detrimental to the interests of the united states, he may by proclamation and for such period as he -- he she should have said he or she. today they say that. that's the only mistake they made. as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry all aliens or any class of aliens as migrantsr non-immigrants or oppose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate. in order words. if he thinks there is danger out there, he or she, whoever is president can say i'm sorry,
8:30 pm
folks, not now, please. we have enough problems. [cheers and applause] we are talking about the safety our nation, the safety and security our people. now, i know you people aren't sceptical people. nobody would be that way in tennessee. not tennessee. you don't think this was done by a judge for political reasons, do you? no. this ruling makes us look weak. which by the way we no locker are, believe me. just look at our borders. we are going to fight this terrible ruin. we are going to take our case as far as it needs to go, including
8:31 pm
all the way up to the supreme court. we are going to win, we are going to keep our citizens safe. and regardless, we are going to keep our citizens safe. believe me. even liberal democratic lawyer alan dershowitz said we would win this case before the supreme court of the united states. remember this, i wasn't thrilled, but the lawyers said let's tailor it. this is a watered down version of the first one. this is a watered down version. let me tell you something. i think we ought to go back to the first one and go all the way which is way wanted to do in the first place. the danger is clear, the law is clear, the need for my executive order is clear.
8:32 pm
i was elected to change our broken and dangerous system and thinking in government has weakened and endangered our country and left our people defenseless. and i will not stop fighting for the safety of you and your families, believe me. not today, not ever. we are going to win it. we are going to win it. we are going to apply common sense. we are going to apply intelligence. and we are never quitting, and we are never going away, and we are never ever giving up. the best way to keep foreign terrorists or as some people would say in certain instances, radical islamic terrorists, from
8:33 pm
attack our country, is to stop them from entering our country in the first place. [cheers and applause] we'll take it. but these are the problems we have. people are screaming break up the 9th circuit. i'll tell you what, that 9 in the circuit -- you have to see, take a look at how many times they have been overturned with their terrible decisions. take a look. and this is what we have to live with. finally, i want to get to taxes, i want to cut the hell out of taxes. but, but, before i can do that, i would have loved to put it first, there is one more very important thing that we have to do. and we are going to repeal and replace horrible disastrous obamacare.
8:34 pm
comeer[cheers and applause] if we leave obamacare in place, millions and millions of people will be forced off their plans. and your snorts just told me in your state you are down to practically no insurers. you will have nobody. you will have nobody. and this is true all over. the insurers are fleeing. the insurers are fleeing. it's a catastrophic situation. there is nothing to compare anything to because obamacare won't be around for a year or two. it's gone. it's not like they had this. obamacare is gone. premiums will continue to soar. double digits and triple digits in some case. it will train our budget and destroy our jobs. remember all the broken
8:35 pm
promises, you can keep your doctor, you can keep your plans. remember the wiseguy who said the american people are stupid, the so-called architect -- the american people are stupid because they approved it. those in congress who made these promises have no credibility whatsoever on healthcare. and remember this, remember this, if we took -- because there is such divisiveness -- there was with obama, there was with bush. the level of hatred and divisiveness with the politicians, i remember years ago going to washington, republicans and democrats fight during the day and go to dinner at night. today there is a level nobody has seen before. remember this. if we submitted the democrats'
8:36 pm
plan, draw everything perfect for the democrats, we wouldn't get one vote from the democrats. that's the way it is. that's how much divisiveness and other things there are. so it's a problem. so i met with so many victims of obamacare, the people who have been so horribly hurt by his horrible legislation. at the very core of obamacare was a fatal flaw. the government forcing people to buy a government-approved product. there are very few people. by the way, watch what happens. you just booed obamacare. they will say trump got booed when he mentioned. they are bad people, folks. they are bad people.
8:37 pm
tonight i'll go home and turn on the television, my wife will say, darling, it's too bad you got booed. i will say i didn't get booed. they were booing obamacare. a couple of them will actually do it. but when we call them out it makes it harder for them to do it. so we'll see. it's the vague fake media. we want americans to be able to purchase the health insurance plans they want, not the plans forced on them by our government. the house has put forward a plan to repeal and replace obamacare based on the principles i outlined in my joint address. we'll arbitrate and get together and get something done. if we didn't do it the way we
8:38 pm
are doing it, we need 60 votes, so we would have to get the mocrats inlved. they are not going to vote. so we are doing it a different way, a complex way. the ends result is when you are phase one, phase two, phase three, it's going to be great. then we get on to tax reductions which i like. the house legislation does so as much for you. it gives the stakes, medicaid flexibility and some of the states will take over their healthcare. governor rick scott in florida said just send meet money. we have states that are doing great. it gives great flexibility. thank you, folks. thank you. thank you. it repeals hundreds of billions
8:39 pm
of dollars in obamacare taxes. it provides tax credits to people to purchase the care that is rightfully theirs. the bill that i will ultimately sign, and that will be a bill where everybody will get into the room and we'll get it done, we'll get rid of obamacare and make healthcare better for you and for your family. and once this is done, and a step further, we are going to try and put it in phase three. i'm going to work on bringing down the cost of medicine by having a fair and competitive bidding process. we welcome this healthcare debate and its negotiation, and we are going to carry it out and
8:40 pm
have been carrying it out in the full light of day unlike the way obamacare was passed. remember, folks, if we don't do anything, obamacare is gone. it's not oh, gee, it will be wonderful in three years. it's gone it's gone. not working. ne. what we cannot do is to be intimidated by the dishonest attacks from democratic leaders in congress who broke the system in the first place and who don't believe you have should be able to make your own healthcare decisions. i am very confident that if we empower the american people we'll accomplish incredible things for our country. not just on healthcare, but all across our government. we'll unlock new frontiers in
8:41 pm
science and medicine. we'll give our children the right to attends the school of their choice. one where they will be taught to love this country and its values. we'll create millions and millions of new jobs by lowering taxes on our businesses and very importantly for our workers. we'll lower taxes. and we'll fight for the right of every american child to grow up in a safe neighborhood, attend a great school and graduate with access to a high-paying job that they love doing. no matter our background. no matter our income, no matter our geography, we all share the same home. we all salute the same flag.
8:42 pm
and we all are made by the same god. [cheers and applause] it's time to embrace our glorious american destiny. anything we can dream for our country week achieve for our country. all we have to do is tap into that american pride that is swelling our hearts and staring
8:43 pm
our souls and we found that out very recently in our last election. a lot of pride. we are all americans in the future truly belongs to us. the future belongs to all of you. this your moment. this your time. this is the hour when history is made. all we have to do is put our own citizens first and together we will make america strong again. we'll make america wealthy again. we'll make america proud again. we'll make america safe again. and we'll make america great again. thank you, god bless you. thank you. blood bless you, everybody.
8:44 pm
lou: president trump obviously in the center of that venue in nashville, the president feeling the love tonight. i think the crowd as well. and i think that really is the reason as you see the president of the united states in nashville tonight, to be back with his friends and if i may hazard a guess here, as i turn to charlie hurt, the "washington times" opinion editor. i think he wanted to be with friends when he got word from hawaii that another obama-appointed judge had stayed his executive order. what do you think? charlie: i love how careful he was not to call them -- to be very respectful of the 9th circuit. but i couldn't tell if he did refer to them as the 9th circus. because they get overturned.
8:45 pm
but i do think this probably is the first time in history a president has ever taken an executive order and campaigned for it across the country. it's fascinating to watch. lou: doing so to great effect. gayle trotter, your thoughts? talking about the executive order. it was clear's as upset as he can be. this on a day in which he had to get out in the hustings and push for the acha. i would gather to put his shoulder behind repeal and replace. tonight it became trump-care because he needs to get this through and the process to effective and beneficial law for all americans. what do you think?
8:46 pm
>> it's interesting he did go strong against the hawaiian court. you noticed he said the decision makes america look weak. he's upset on behalf of the american people. tonight naturally he was talking about the healthcare plan. and where the republicans probably won would have been better served to past pass full repeal of obamacare in the house. pass it to the senate. let the democrats be upset against it. but let trump tweet against all the vulnerable democrats saying you are standing in the way of what the people voted for and make it an issue that falls squarely on the democrats. you saw paul ryan wobble on this and saying they are going to be open to suggestions. so that's a little bit of good
8:47 pm
rumbling. maybe speaker ryan heard what you said last night, lou. >> how democratic of the speaker of the house to entertain the ideas beyond his own. i want to bring in steve hilton, the former senior adviser. also, as gayle was pointing out. he doesn't on have social media, he can bring these rallies to any congressional district to any state in the union and have some amazing effect. >> that was terrific stuff from the president. very powerful stuff. in a sense what we go d we got d to during the campaign. but it was more commanding and more confident. it was really impressive. the more he does that and helps shape the narrative of his
8:48 pm
presidency the more that will translate into actual accomplishments. apart from the overall impression, the most exciting thing was the fact a number of times during that he repeated his excitement about getting on with tax cuts. you and i discussed this many times before. the main reason he was elected was to bring change in the economic arena. so many people and families struggles who want that job and that pay rise. we know tax cuts are part of that. the tax reform is critical. he said he's excited about getting on with it as soon as healthcare is done. this is a president who is in command. he is -- the agenda is his. we got used to that idea on the campaign trail. he understand produced all the ideas that were debate and
8:49 pm
discussed on the campaign trail. now it is his agenda. and he reaches to the hawaiian district court and says unprecedented judicious reach. that was his intemperate moment. and it had more power, i believe, because he was so constrained by his choice tonight. but this displeasure filled -- rose to the rafters in that room and i think will carry across the country. charlie: when was the last time you saw thousands of people gathered in a monster truck arena cheering about somebody doing a take-down on the 9th circuit on an obscure legal opinion. the white house is a very isolating place. and washington, d.c. is a toxic
8:50 pm
place. i think donald trump realizes that. it's uncomfortable for him. being able to go out to a place like nashville and michigan and get before people, the people he like and respects, and getting that kind of reaction, i think it recharges his batteries and remind him what he is fighting for. lou: it's so easy to lose sight of the fact this is a man working a full workday who is on his third stop on a one-day adventure across much of the country. icountry, ypsilanti, michigan ad nashville, tennessee. the possibility he could be even
8:51 pm
higher energy than he has been this evening and all day long. we are coming right back. stay with us. it's our little differences, that can make a world of difference. expedia, everything in one place, so you can travel the world better. gave us the power to turn this enemy into an ally? microsoft and its partners are using smart traps to capture mosquitoes and sequence their dna to fight disease. there are over 100 million pieces of dna in every sample. with the microsoft cloud, we can analyze the data faster than ever before.
8:52 pm
if we can detect new viruses before they spread, we may someday prevent outbreaks before they begin.
8:53 pm
and the wolf huffed like you do sometimes, grandpa? well, when you have copd, it can be hard to breathe. it can be hard to get air out, which can make it hard to get air in. so i talked to my doctor. she said... symbicort could help you breathe better, starting within 5 minutes. symbicort doesn't replace a rescue inhaler for sudden symptoms.
8:54 pm
symbicort helps provide significant improvement of your lung function. symbicort is for copd, including chronic bronchitis and emphysema. it should not be taken more than twice a day. symbicort contains formoterol. medicines like formoterol increase the risk of death from asthma problems. symbicort may increase your risk of lung infections, osteoporosis, and some eye problems. you should tell your doctor if you have a heart condition or high blood pressure before taking it. symbicort could mean a day with better breathing. watch out, piggies! (child giggles) symbicort. breathe better starting within 5 minutes. get symbicort free for up to one year. visit saveonsymbicort.com today to learn more. lou: back with steve hilton and michael mukasey. good to have you here. if we could, get your reaction
8:55 pm
to what is just sort of a confounding order from another district judge. mike: it's hard to come up with a respectful way to describe this opinion. it is sort of the dirty mind theory of statutory or executive order interpretation. if the judge decides you have a dirty mind, then everything you do is the work of a dirty mind. it doesn'ter what you do -- it doesn't matter what you do baits emanates from a dirty mind. lou: this is from district judge derek watson. because a reasonable objective observer from the public
8:56 pm
statement and specific sequence of events would lead you to believe it was its ring ridge purpose. mike: justice scalia described a statute as applesauce. i think that's about as close as it gets. it's stunning. lou: steve, your thoughts. we are talking about round two in executive orders. under 212-f of the u.s. code it's clear the president has the power to do it. >> it was appropriate and helpful for the president to read that out. so clearly giving the president to do what he has done.
8:57 pm
that seemed to be like it has nod to do with the law. it was pure politics. it was subjective opinion. that order recite at some length. what it was in each those countries, whether it was than inability to run their country or control their citizenry. or in the case of iran, they ran their country all right but they were sworn enemies of the united states. reasons why people from those countries would be cut off for the moment until we can find a way of vetting them. what he said is that's all a lie. lou: put over that, the template all of those countries were selected by the obama administration as representing a threat to the united states because of the jihadist nature and culture of the countries and their historical experience.
8:58 pm
mike: and endorsed by congress, i believe. this whole thing is temporary anyway. while the extreme vetting that was put forward in the campaign is put in place by government agencies. steve: as a matter of policy i don't think geography is the way to do this. you can vet people based upon whether they are committed to shah eye ri re -- sharia suprem. that's the way it should be done. lou: judges seem to be forgetting it was f.b.i. director james comey who said we cannot adequately vet people from these countries turning to healthcar we ar stymied by a house leadership that made peculiar choices, but let's say they can be fixed by a
8:59 pm
