they will host their differences versions of the bill. dagen: rainfall being the loudest voice in terms of opposition because he wants a full repeal and start from scratch. >> he does not like the tax credits. he's pushing hard against that. it will be hard to get rid of those because moderates are demanding something like that to make sure individuals can afford premiums. very difficult to thread the needle. lauren: does rainfall have anything to do with the fact trouble is probably not the faithful in kentucky last night? >> you know it, absolutely. lauren: and kellyanne conway to also help. they really put the pressure on. >> and they have to. it's in their political interest to support it. the only person who can do that as president trump. dagen: a reminder to rainfall that donald trump on half a dozen more counties than rant all day. during the reelection.

eliminates a bunch of new taxes. in the tax is lower that the 3.8% tax on their investment income. that's an incredible tax incentive on this bill with his savings. that basically opens up the door for the tax cut. >> exactly, it does. the combination can be very powerful for small businesses. small businesses have struggled under mandates to provide coverage and cause them to make decisions on whether it employs part-time or full-time idea. get those to help their employees getting money in their pocket with an expanded set of house. lauren: let's put this on the calendar. the say they can get the help carrots bill through the senate. when can tax cuts actually happen? >> so much of that happens.

it's very hard to say because you are dealing with a whole new set of issues. grandpa and ted cruz are quite opposed to the tax credits in the house bill. it is very hard to say when it gets to the senate, but i do think they want to aim for that obvious tax reform. if they don't get it done by then, people and markets are saying this is going to happen? do they have momentum? markets have gotten far ahead on expectations this will happen. if it is momentum, that's very bad. dagen: using small stock caps because they had a double-digit ride between election election day in the end of the year. they are underperforming this year in part because investors are worried about say the health care reform helping small business, but also infrastructure was one reason. >> yes, absolutely. last year everybody thought small caps are going because they see big help in the

conservative than a lot of these district places who are going to be more in favor of the conservative changes. that will have to come together. but we'll bring it all together at the end of the day as donald trump's leadership. president trump needs to remind them that this is his priority. he ran on repeal and replace and this is the vehicle to do it. get it to the senate. let them have their say. they can all have their say. then it got to the house and then bring both sides together. this is a big priority for everyone. lauren: kevin, separate day, five hours of testimony about russia. donald trump did not speak about russia or wiretapping at all when he was rallying in louisville, kentucky last night. what does he make about mentioning number one. number two, is the russia track

helping? >> is certainly up a lot of media coverage. the media loves this story. the democrats want to make this since watergate and try to bring him down over some collusion with russia during the campaign. we just haven't seen any real evidence of that. we just know there's an investigation. we don't know where that will lead. the only crime committed is the one where general flynn, when he was a private citizen was unmasked in a wire -- in surveillance and the actual tape of his or the actual transcript of his remarks were then late to the press and ended up in his firing. that's the only crime i know of. until we get more than that, he just needs to keep trucking forward. dagen: thanks for being here. kevin sheridan. lauren: they get the last laugh
