>> if they don't it cone be. >> not this week, but by en of the year. david: great show, thank you very much. lou is next right here on fox business, we'll see you tomorro tomorrow. lou: we begin with breaking news, a federal judge has blocked president trump's executive order that cut off funding to sanctuary cities. the temporary ruling was issued by obama appointed judge, william or rik iii of trans arguing that president trump exceeded his constitutional authority, when he tried to punish local governments that disagreed with his administration policies of the view. the nationwide injunction will stay in place while pending lawsuits from a number of cities move forward.
7:01 pm
we'll bring you updates on the breaking story. as the hour unfoldeds. the activist high energy president today taking on three major issues. the threat of a government shut down. tax reform, and a trade dispute with canada. the trump administration today saying, enough is enough. slapping canada with a 20% tariff for allegedly dumping so soft wood lumber in u.s. market, wilbur ross says that shows we must renegotiate nafta. >> if nas nafta was functioning properly, we would not have these developments back-to-back. lou: commerce secretary 8 be a guest here later this hour,

7:03 pm
no one said delayed. then as we go to fey 18 we'll ask for more, i don't think that anything that changed. lou: let me use word, that would be a delay. and president himself should have no problem with the word, because it describes what is going on. he tweeted, this morning, don't let the fake media tell you i have changed my position on the wall. it will get built, and help stop drugs, human traffics et cetera. that doesn't change the fact, it is a delay. even though it remains one of the president's top priority. senator ted cruz coming up with what i think is a great proposal to fund the wall, senator wants to use money forfeited from criminal prosecution of drug lords, including joaquin else chapo
