do you do with this and provocations in north korea? >> we've got limited options. they won't be sufficient to get them to change their ways. we have been dealing with this particular issue for a long time and it's always been the same idea, which is it's got to be done to china. if you are going to change behavior at the north korean regime, it has got to come from china. they just haven't done it yet. they've done some of their own sanctions recently, but they are halfhearted and basically going against them and backdoor intent in the past few months. until the chinese authorities decide that it is in their own interests because every nation acts in its own best interest. until they decided for their own interest to make the north korean regime change, it's just not going to happen. >> was in the interest of the united states? >> obviously cyberprotection is key. he signed an executive order in cybersecurity at the forefront
