coalition fighting is this? >> i do. it will be a mostly symbolic gesture to commit ground forces to the middle east. that is the commitment they would feel safe making even though they would rather not. they don't want any specific commitments on either defense spending, defense procurement rna type of missions they are required to carry out in the middle east. they're comfortable with a gesture, but not with actual operation are details. nicole: if nato joins the coalition it will not engage in any combat operations. why is that exactly? >> right, listen. nader just finished its mandate therefore was deeply unpopular even though it was widely hailed as some enough as necessary. i don't think any of those are

right now, what factors do you like and which would you avoid? >> i still do not like the low volatility defenses that are his. they've been historically rich valuations and the continued financials, tag, select health care, materials, energy and consumer discretionary. nicole: talk about the fed rate hikes. most people expecting one in june. how many more do you think we will see you? >> i think you'll get two or three more this year. the economy is going to gain strength as you get into the back half of this year. trained to do you think this is a temporary slowdown of the economy and that's what it points to? >> i would agree with that. nicole: what about the lower volume we are seeing? 10% lower than the one month average in the rally and found it suspect when you have a rally but on some lower volume.
