testimony is interesting now. >> what you think the relationship is right now between the president and jeff sessions? >> i'm sure it's a little bit strange and what happens this week would be a big indicator of where it goes next. jeff sessions is a good man. he will do well. as he talked about earlier he understands the senate and how the hearings operate. he'll do just fine to navigate that. the bigger thing is they really move forward and pivot away. those in the oval office. there will always be investigations. the big test is can you handle the investigation and can you continue to be focused on your agenda? last week the administration lost focus on transportation. since then with the president leans more towards the democrats. they weren't able to manage the messaging of time and stay focused on the right issues.
