>> there is a lot going on yesterday. certainly when they pulled the health care boat we could see the market selloff. a lot of the medical products, companies create and part of repealing obamacare it's with the way with attacks on medical products. that certainly was played out by the market. we also have cyberattacks. i don't think anybody would want to go into the close overexposed. >> this is the selloff was kind of twofold with health care was also the fire attack as well. >> folks just to tell how much were cyberattacks were going to get, whether we would find out later that the geographic reach was a little bit longer. i think the general feeling is health care is going to get done.

maps? >> a day specifically on this point in europe. two additional investigations going on by the e.u. into google practices and that is the absinthe as well as the android operating system. this could be a sign to some additional violations that can't for the e.u. against google. cheryl: google has got teams of attorneys they are paid over in europe. how hard are these antitrust cases? how hard is it to fight these in europe? >> much harder because when the violations also look at competitors. in the u.s., it is just the public. there is an additional layer. that's why we could be these inconsistencies. certainly an expect an appeal. they have a right to appeal. >> that was my question. this took seven years to bring down this to put them and billion dollars fine.

some states can operate the exchanges in the medicaid is not as big of an issue. new york for example it's a huge issue. does that dilute mcconnell's chances of getting something through after july 4th? >> i think it increases it. you have a better informed membership of the republican party because we can't count on the democrats. they should be thinking the republicans. but the republicans have to get it right. it affects one thinks of our economy. in this legislation i believe over time is going to have to be. >> we see obamacare implode. something does have to be done. do you expect the week of july 10th? is the next date are looking up for a vote? >> the week of july 10th insight into august. lauren: how far can it lead? >> we can't go beyond august 15th and here is why. in the fall, we are going to see

very important. lauren: can the trial be moved? >> again but it won't be. we recently saw the boston bombing case. that was not moved by the district court. not being changed. they're going to fund the jury. it may take a while. >> are you surprised your selection is taking so long? today is day three. taxes could go on for several more days. is that normal? >> it is and i'm not surprised whatsoever. you have a high-profile nature, facts and the length of the trial may be debilitating. they come in their and have hardships, health reasons and things like that. those are all reasons the judge makes potential juror. >> how i do think it will take? >> this is a sign with a couple of days already.
