market it might just be in one. rob morgan at sandi spring trust joins us now, good morning, rob, good to see you. talk about this idea of the bubble, you know, s&p 500 tech sector, they call it their info tech sector up 23% this year, is the bubble? >> you know, gerri, certain stocks in the tech sector maybe are rich, the so-called fang stocks. i think the overall sector, if you look back at the market, low 2009 has just done a lot of catch-up work. it's up about 400% but so is the financial sector, so i really don't see a bubble in the tech sector right now. >> interesting that same story talks about how in the dot com boom, think about that, over five years, we are not seeing that yet, so not as that time but do you think there could be retrenchment for big names like

alphabet, amazon, facebook? >> they certainly are at elevated price. they are priced somewhat for perfection and any misstep. they are momentum stocks. so far they have been able to produce. but i would be careful about buying a portfolio of only those tech stocks. >> go with the flow, maybe not right now. one other sector question for you, though, the financials are doing really, really well and people don't talk about them being overbought. what's your expectation for that group? >> i tell you, gerri, i like financials, one of my favorite sectors along with tech for a number of reasons, not only potential financial reform but the possibility of a steepening yield curve which we have been talking about for white a while and the stress test that came out recently, kind of gave them a vote of confidence as well.

lea: well investors are putting more of their money to work in european stocks. riva, this is not what we were seeing back in december, they were putting money into u.s. stocks. >> yeah, good morning. it's definitely a reversal of the trend that you had in december and for most of the winter, people started the year really, really enthusiastic about u.s. stocks, obviously they climbed the record highs and people were really worried about europe and there appeared to be a lot of political risks

in the euro accident whether it was french elections or dutch elections or german elections later in the year. what happened as we have gotten through the year, people have gotten nervous about the u.s. stocks after they climbed to record stocks and gotten expensive relative to history and people have reduced expectations to see big tax cuts later this year while in the euro zone the economy is actually outpaced the u.s. earnings, revisions have been really, really solid here for the first time in a long time and a lot of the election's people were really worried about and actually what is market-friendly outcome. you've seep a total reversal in how global investors think about europe so far this year. >> we have seen a lot of changes in europe recently. we have seen unemployment receding there and also inflation has firmed up, riva, how is that having an impact? >> yeah, it's interesting because people are starting to
