former speaker to some degree. >> i do, i think there are a lot of things wrong with the way our tax system works, the most egregious the way we treat overseas profits, it was set up with a progression of legislation to get through it without any democratic votes, i think that problem today, is senator schumer, has rolled out his so call beater deal, they have absolutely no interest in growing their economy, no interest in tax reform, lower taxes, they are not part of their program. so they are not going to vote for them. we have to do it without democrats, that is why we're at in situation we're at now. >> other part in there, there are a number of parts, you mentioned overseas profits, and border adjustment tax, is this an either/or tax reform or tax cuts, if so, should it be on tax cuts not reform. >> i don't think it has to be binary.
