it for the first time ever. do you put more money into the market now are taken off the table? david nelson, chief strategist at belle plaine. good to see you. what's on the rally yesterday? >> what drove the rally? apple did a great quarter and everybody focused on technology, facebook, apple. boeing, the donald, the big drivers in the dow with a price weighted index. boeing certainly a big part of it. cheryl: within the bull market that started in march 2009. it continues. is it run its course? >> look, valuation is a pretty lousy market: a lot of people pull out of the market here. as long as the direction of profit is headed in the right direction, that's for him on board. we have a lot of catalyst to push even higher this year. those are our customers and that's great news for large multinationals.

the dow was down 725% and that dynamic as well. lauren: you are naming things that are good for the stock market they can push stocks higher. how much higher than 22,000 are we going to go? >> look, we need a little help for sure. washington has to get a lot better. washington is dysfunctional and that certainly called back the excitement certainly that we had earlier in the year off the heels of the election. tax reform could be a catalyst, but even that has been played down by senator mcconnell. he is looking at starting on that after labor day. lauren: some people say tax reform goes into 2018. we have the jobs report for the month of july friday morning, tomorrow morning. expectations they are going to be another report showed the employment rate continuing to fall, which is going up or we are not there yet. >> the key indicator you just

really carefully today for the direction to see where monetary policy is headed in the u.k. months ahead. lauren: there were predictions of doom and gloom for great britain after the european union. still looking like doom and gloom? >> yeah, so initially, the initial doom and gloom people were gained right after the u.k. vote did not come to fruition. businesses and consumers held up okay. more recently, growth has been slowing and the rise in inflation has put a squeeze on consumers that's really been kind of an overhang on the u.k. economy. the bank of england has a tough balancing act between rising inflation and slowing growth that but didn't quite a conundrum. train for waking up this morning i was wondering why they were reflecting the party we had in the u.s. last night. we will see how that shakes out. thank you, regal gold. >> thanks for having me. >> entries to see if that
