was making, fox news anchor, former defense attorney, gregg jarrett. i got a kick how the president in the midst of the celebration of economic growth, booming markets and a lovefest with the folks in west virginia refer together witch hunt being led by robert mueller saying there is no collusion, it's pure bull, that's my word. you know what? just on the day we learn there is another grand jury impaneled by the special counsel. he's saying this is a complete travesty. gregg: he came out swinging and he needed to do that. he has been taking a lot of punches lately. cheering crowd, and they are applauding him as he said russia is a made up story. and he said it over and over.

he didn't need to mention robert mueller the special counsel's name. but he made it perfectly clear that what mueller is looking at is not a crime, that he has done no wrong, and the only injustice is that they made paid no attention to hillary clinton and he talked about the destruction of 33,000 emails and so on and so forth. lou: too often that's what's left out of the conversation. this broadcast, we started hammering this three months ago when it became clear where it was going. a clinton foundation. there is an obvious pay-to-play fraudulent scheme. gregg: there is considerable evidence of that. lou: i don't have to go to court, though i would be delighted to. the fact of the matter is it's a pay-for-play scheme. as secretary of state, the woman

is bringing in money and her husband is being paid a half million dollars by russians and where was the obama administration? why weren't they prosecuted? gregg: one of the great injustices, now we know there is a grand jury impaneled to investigate the winner of the election and not the loser. and how james comey could spend a year and a half investigating hillary clinton, but as you say, pay-to-play, and never impanel a grand jury. he gave immunity to five clinton aides, others took the fifth and no grand jury was ever impaneled. to me as a lawyer it's inconceivable unless comey and the department of justice under landlord * were undermining the -- under loretta lynch were
