and investigating the leaks. we know that the obama administration was the most intensive fighting leaks and maintaining a government that was anything but transparent. to the point that many reporters were surveilled. and reacted accordingly. let's turn to the other issue that this president is dealing with even as he contends with these leaks from intelligence community, his own staff and the ways ways. the mueller grand jury. suddenly there are leaks rolling out of the mueller investigation, a special counsel. and the president has been in my judgment betrayed by the republican leadership, of the senate and house, speaker ryan, majority leader mcconnell have just given a free rein to all
