are seeing? >> tax reform is driving market, large multinational corporations make up the dow, the s&p. with a 20% corporate tax rate, will send stocks soaring, that is baked into the current valuations but i am also concerned about getting past with ron johnson being another holdout in the senate waiting for small business tax relief which i think should be added to the bill. this bill exempts a lot of small businesses, financial services, medical, arts and entertainment. many small businesses will be left out of the tax reform bill. i hope donald trump gives me a christmas gift, thanksgiving gift and cuts my rates for small business. neil: they say the proposals do more for big businesses and small businesses but you are in the minority when you say you

think tax reform has been baked into the markets, many people we speak to say that it hasn't. ubs out with a note yesterday, they say, quote, the stock market is not even close to pricing tax cuts, and should we get them we will see the market fly and they point out winning sectors and the like. you disagree? >> i disagree it is not baked in. the gains we have seen, the trump bump has been largely due to two, healthcare reform which never happened and tax reform which if it doesn't happen, a selloff. if we get tax reform the markets could be soaring. there are so many hordes of cash, google, apple, oracle, i saw something like $500 cash overseas that will come into

calibrated so that they will meet the budget they voted for. lauren: nonpartisan committee looks at this and says a fourth of middle-class people earning 75 to $100,000 a year will see an increase in 2027. >> those folks will all recognize relief and help, we will put dollars back in people's pocket and put people back to work, that is the whole idea of the business provisions reducing taxes, businesses of every size. what the plan would be would be to extend these tax relief measures beyond the projected expiration date. technicalities, those who oppose tax reform, all the democrats at this point do

because they want government to spend your money and republicans know you will spend it better than government will, they are trying to try these scare tactics but in fact folks should trust the fact these tax measures from the house and senate will get to get her, going to help grow the economy put dollars in their pockets. leah: the question is whether senate and house plans can come together, the issue is state and local deductions. if you look at new york city, firefighters, police officers who live and work here will get hit hard when they lose those deductions which can the senate version of past, pass when he goes to the house? >> when i was in the house, the conference committee, so we could get medicare reimbursement in 2012. in that time there is back and forth, a series of compromises,

pages, into his behavior. they unanimously recommended expulsion and he resigned. unless they have been convicted of a crime against national treason or classified information. not a lot can happen unless they unanimously recommend and the track record is such that it is rare. an ethics committee is a way to say we will worried about this later. you brought up resignation, politico reporting there's whispers among top democrats and republicans that franken should resign. do you think he should? >> it would be a positive step for optics. what is more beneficial is if the ethics can he conducted a probe. those 6 senators would have to go on record establishing a standard for sexual harassment, prior to his being elected.
