aren't a little bit leery of the valuations we see right now. i don't get surprising would take a little bit off the table from the factors that it has such a strong run. you combine that with the fact we are seeing the larger probability of tax refund coming through. the tax bill being voted on today. a larger probability than a week ago or two weeks ago and these companies will not be the biggest beneficiary in the tax bill. look at their effective tax rates much lower. a combination of those two things. train to the effective tax rate is about 1825% which is slow, but if you look at the other two big industries that will benefit from reform, real estate investment, and technology, the financials will see the benefit. really isn't so much about the technology investment, more about the fact tax reform goes through, let's look at his benefits make it more of a price move the next couple months.
