better care to patients and track things more closely. it's really interesting to watch. >> 60% of hospitals are private or nonprofit. this of course, things like tax breaks. what is this going to mean with patients? >> the main concern folks have if there are fewer providers out there they will have fewer choices. in the long run what we hope to see if these consolidations can lead to better pricing overall. i deal with a lot of companies developing products to therapeutics and diagnostics in the developing world in the developed world and something that is more and more important all the time as having a cost-benefit story and a lot of these providers consolidate company try to become more efficient negotiating pricing on the products they purchase in some of those advantages can be passed on to patients so they can offer the most innovative

products at the best prices. >> was seen so much consolidation in the health care industry. this would dethrone the largest hospital provider. how will this affect health care firms? >> it would come under similar pressure. there will be some more competition out there in some of these giants for me in the industry will put a little pressure on the stocks you see out there. >> health care stocks in tax reform. how do you think the current republican tax plans will benefit health care companies? >> very fascinating to watch. i'm investing in companies developing innovative therapies. these are therapeutics such as diagnostics in the tax burden on these companies has been pretty hefty in the past. decreasing is exciting in a lot
