effect over time it does start to build. tranter when they start to redo their economic forecasts, do you think they might have about "the wall street journal" survey says they are cited for three to interest rate increases next year. if we get tax reform in the economy hopefully grows faster we'll see even more interest rate hikes and how would that affect small business? >> that is certainly possible. with the dominus could fall as a free gift uncertainty with regard to the tax legislation, if that does lead to faster economic growth and/or higher inflation, those are the factors that could cause the fed to be more aggressive with interest rates in 2018. that is only going to add to the cumulative effect. i don't think the rising interest rates, not that fully office at the tax reform to small businesses, but it will be a bit of a headwind at a time when more businesses are willing to take the risk and borrow money with the borrowing costs
