i thought that was well laid out in the plan. lauren: did you agree with his candid assessment of russia in a speech yesterday? russia aims to weaken the influence and divide us from allies and partners? >> i think we see a lot of that laid out in the news today. look at what happens with our election and how vulnerable we are across a number of platforms when you look at cybersecurity and things like that. that is being exploited right now as we speak. train to what you make there was no real mention of climate change is a national security threat. i was looking at numbers in obama's 2015 national security strategy, 16 mentions of human rights and trumps just one and of course the main difference being how he fits climate change. >> that's one area where they've abdicated on the stage and that's a good thing that is
