together. a lot of americans frustrated with the additional funding the pentagon is asking for. they wonder how the troops. that is going to be huge. also reforming entitlement. those are the two big on cinemax. one versus the other getting the budget january team that's going to be a huge challenge. >> entitlements or will be a big challenge because it will be arguing over which way to go on now. what about infrastructure spending? before you left the white house, potentially something done on a bipartisan way. what do you think? >> absolutely. infrastructure is really exciting because we've got bipartisan agreement. everybody wants things done. it is not only the assets that you are building, but the jobs, the training of the next generation of workers.

there's a stimulative effect effect for the broader economy. bipartisan agreement on a solid stimulus infrastructure project will be exciting for the country. i see both sides coming together on something really super cool. lea: is certainly have a positive positive outlook. they want to work in bipartisan way when the senate returns for a slimmer majority. the question is will it come together when you talk about things like infrastructure and the people who are deficit hawks. i want to bring up daca. is there a way people can reach across the aisle and develop a bipartisan relationship again? >> at the president gets his mobile, border security, it will be harder for him not to approve some kind of accommodation for the children brought in by their

parents illegally. there is however a whole lot of problems in that program, no doubt about it. there is going to be a steady draft of children, deferred action children, not the children of what we are imagining. a lot of them are on welfare. these are not college kids. summer for sure. there are a lot of them coming out of high school and on public assistance. this is not the pretty picture everybody wants to pay for sure. >> it really is him. when bringing republicans and democrats together, the president of obama border security. is that something a sticking point they could difficult to bring legislation passed. >> i think it's a sticking point, but let's not forget building a wall that is construction.

the border security is not just a wall. it is technology and additional staffing. the portion of that that is construction spending that will be part of the infrastructure package will fit and be appropriately and not peace. the president can get most of what he needs is part of the infrastructure package. he will have a stronger hand going after the portion about daca. lea: one of the things that didn't get done is the disaster relief package in the house. the $81 billion disaster relief but it didn't make it through the senate. people in puerto rico, texas come the caribbean related somehow. do you think this'll be a priority here and i've ring that being on the sidelines when members return to congress? >> well, the congress loves disaster relief generally speaking.

participating in the market can you get some income along the way which is nice to restock the bank accounts after the christmas and holiday season. it's always good to have a little more income in the the portfolios are not what they can do to you or for you while adding downside investment protection. what i always say if some people say it's early. early usually means wrong. you have the comfort of the downside for still being able to participate if the market goes up. lea: which sectors do you like right now? >> far as i'm more focused on reaching. i'm neutral in the united states come up positive europe, if you look at a sector to and there's some interesting things that banks are working on nonprofits are getting better.

market. what it's going fully legal, and you've got new jersey might be the next to topple over with the new governor possibly signing legislation next year. and then you've got other states that have been legalizing and implementing state-level legislation. for now just sessions is muzzled. congress has been passing an amendment periodically that does not allow him to go after these companies internally and the days. but the state level that they're not going to go after them. but remains to be seen is if marijuana is going to be rescheduled that the drug enforcement agency will pass some sort of legislation not i'll finally have some sort of legality that the federal level. for now it is booming at the state level.
