>> on that question of what they may have not told the court, what might have been withheld applying for fisa warrant, what would you say there, what would they maybe held back. >> it was important to know what was presented because what we have here is a very specific procedure in the fisa court in order to obtain a warrant. we are talking about a warrant to get information during the course of a political campaign, to to the extent that the warrant was -- was gotten under the guys of unverified information in this dossier or certain information that could have implicated others was not presented to the court, that omission could be seriously problematic and critical that we figure out what was presented. >> yeah, finally, what do you think is next in all of this, say it does come out and obviously it's tough because we don't know exactly what's in it yet but presuming it is something along the line that is you're talking about that comes out, what's next? another investigation?

5:36 am
since the s&p has been around when the january has been positive the market has not been negative for the entire year ever, that's 12 for 12, that doesn't mean what we can't have what we are anticipating 8 to 11% correction along the way. that represents a buying opportunity because we are not tresh terribly overvalued. i would welcome some volatility. >> you get a little bit of dip, hypothetically we are down today, we don't know the jobs report will come out, if the pattern holds monday we could be up a few hundred points. >> exactly. a lot of people have been sitting on the sidelines waiting and waiting to go in. a lot of this has passed many people buy and these are opportunities to throw in and work your way in in volatility that you hope comes back, once
