like it will be redrawn and the district will be different come november. 6 months, 8 months from now. kennedy: does it mean the president is the only one who can deliver those white working class voters? >> this president ran as the outsider and he is the person who wanted to be a fundamentally different candidate. when you have candidates that want to run on the same party line they have sales run, that does not entice the candidates to have the support of the trump people. see you want to run as the outsider, that is what the american people voted for in 2016. that's what they want to continue to vote for. >> they also want to continue to vote for a good economy. both side like to place people in boxes. it makes it very convenient. but people don't vote the way they are supposed to. people vote to benefit

themselves. if there is one thing american workers like, it's working. they like jobs and a solid economy. conor lamb has taken a different approach to this race than other democrats have in other races. is there something that republicans can learn from that and shifting their messaging locally. >> conor lamb can't run at the national level. he doesn't want to disparage the president because the economy is doing so well. he can't disparage the president on the issue of saving coal jobs. so he made this election about a local issue and not discussing the washington atmosphere. that is a model. tip o'neill said all politics is local. if you can run a local race and get elected nationally, that's a win.
