happening and have been inferior over the weekend. do you think that gives iran and russia are the impression that they are tories when it comes to syria? >> i think it definitely would. there undoubtedly needs to be some u.s. and international responsiveness from committing horrible war crimes like this. many of our allies have expressed support for some kind of an international reaction. of course whatever kind of action that would take would have to be a balance between deterring assad. we had the syrian civil war had over half a million casualties in there so many international actors involved. russia, iran, turkey, et cetera. what if this happens, nonetheless the conflicts between the syrian government and the kurds in the kind of more pro-democratic rebel groups
