many apart. cheryl: we have breaking news to get to this morning as always, stock market cutting major losses yesterday after deputy attorney general told president trump he's not the target of two separate ongoing investigations. >> blake berman is at the white house and has more details for you. blake: a source familiar tells fox that rod rosenstein told the president last week that the president is not the focus of the investigation into personal attorney michael cohen. last week here at the white house rosenstein met with the president during press conference wednesday the president down played speculation if he fired rosenstein and the head of the special counsel robert mueller. >> as far as the two gentlemen they told me about, they've been saying i'm going get rid of them for the last three months, four months, five months, and they

joins us now and good morning to you, phil. >> good morning. >> so saudi arabia says that the glut that we have been talking about for a couple of years, the oil market glut is dried up, if that's true, when do we see oil prices reach as the saudis want maybe even $10 a barrel or is that out of line? >> well, i think $100 of barrel is out of line for a couple of years but we could hit $70 by 1:30 this afternoon. there's a lot of talk behind the scenes that maybe opec will extend the production cuts and if they make that type of an announcement we could see the oil hit $70 a barrel today. but they are also looking, of course, in exit strategy, what's going to happen when the market becomes too tight, as they've said, the glut is essentially gone and we have the tightest global supply versus demand that

we have seen in ten years, so we don't have any margin for error and that could cause -- two quick questions, flynn, my question here has to do with one, could u.s. frackers accelerate and saudis, that's why we are seeing price elevated and could it fall back down? >> i think when it comes to the frackers we are already seeing a glut as far as u.s. refiners are because the type of oil that they are producing is too light, that's going to be a problem. they can't really replace a lot of opec oil, as far as the second question, you bet you, you think saudi arabia would love to see $100 a barrel when they go public because that will make the company have the most value. >> phil flynn very much for joining us. cheryl: he's so awake, we have a lot more coming up this morning including this, a stunning story

investigation also told he won't be looked at with regard to inquiry of michael cohen. cheryl: let's bring in, guys, good morning. >> good morning. cheryl: appears the first time that mueller had impact on markets, how important are the news for you? >> the markets are lower this morning. it had little impact. overall the surprising news for the market, maybe that's why it didn't have any reaction, for the last year everyone thought that trump was a target. cheryl: good news there, shawn, is that the reaction that you saw as well? >> yeah, i think so. i think there's obviously a lot of headlines that are driving the market. a lot focused around tariffs and shift into earnings as we make our way to appearing season. but certainly uncertainty on the probe is overhead on markets,

relief off the news. cheryl: i'm glad that you brought up earnings, i want to talk about general electric, this could be the main on the dow, we will get the numbers this morning, of course, the dividend has been lower, they've divested so much of the business, not a lot left, ge capital, tall assets are gone, melissa, what are you expecting from ge, maybe at this point, 14 bucks a share, valuations more like 10, do you think there's a buying opportunity in ge? >> no way that i see this as buying opportunity even if it gaps up and wants to double in price this morning and two up to 30 bucks a share. ge looks horrible as far as stock goes. i don't see it as buy, i wouldn't be surprised if it gaps down and the continue markets to fall too.

cheryl: interesting, sean, do you the same take as melissa does? >> i am going to be looking as to what happens with power unit. i think right now some investors are seeing this as bit of an opportunity to cautiously start accumulating a position in here but i certainly don't think this stock is out it have woods yet i wouldn't go in buying buying wih hands here but maybe start thinking if this is starting to get an entry point but certainly not a stock you want to try and pick the bottom in because if you've been trying to pick the bottom in ge since started pulling back in 26 -- cheryl: fall of great american company, i have to tell you. wells fargo, let's talk about the billion dollar settlement on risk management. another hit for the bank, forget the fake account scandal, this seems to be the biggest financial hit that they've taken. >> the hits just keep on coming from wells fargo. earnings last friday, they fell, i don't know what happens if -- to the stock this morning and

probably falls on the news too. the interesting thing is trump is finding them, the trump -- consumer protection agency, they are fining them and banks have taken a hit, even the ones, goldman and they fell, all the banks are taking hits, it's interesting to see what happens going forward because it's a sign they will fine the banks if they don't do things right. cheryl: from the trump administration maybe it's right. sean, i have to tell you, mortgage lend asking the bread and butter of wells fargo. >> yeah, i think if you're looking into the financial sector you want to be cautious of, there's plenty of other names if you do want to exposure financials, you can look at bank of america, citigroup and goldman sachs. that definitely has a lot of headwind coming out. this is just another one.

investigators about information given to the wall street journal on october 2016, prosecutors are trying to determine if there's enough evidence to charge mccabe. former boss james comey says he's conflicted about the accusations. >> good people lie, i lay out on the people i think i'm a good person where i've lied. i still believe andrew mccabe is a good person, there's severe consequences in the justice department for lying as there should be throughout the government. >> that prompted this tweet from president trump, james comey just threw andrew mccabe under the bus, inspector general's report is disaster for both of them, getting a little, lot of their own medicine. for more on all of this, let's bring in attorney misty, thank you for joining us, a couple of questions here, how bad is this for mccabe? i know that mccabe has -- at least attorney shot back at comey, comey is wrong and doesn't quite remember the

facts. >> well, this is a real problem for mccabe because lying to federal investigators is a crime, that's obstruction of justice, to the extent it can be proved that she did lie, four occasions with contradicted statements made by mccabe, also we had comey come out and now we saw media interview on the view, previously his information that comey has provided does contest mccabe's version of the fact, mccabe could absolutely be facing criminal charges. >> what kind of impact does this have on the previous clinton e-mail investigations because mccabe was number two at the fbi during the investigations, does it taint the outcome of the investigations or are they separate issues? >> i certainly think that it does taint the outcome of the investigation, certainly looks like there's this air of noncredibility over everything that happened, but realistically when it comes down to how this would play out, this issue with mccabe will relate only to his

criminal charges. >> we have a series of memos which were released from james comey, the president tweeting actually that it shows what he has said all along, no collusion, does the president, you know, no obstruction, no collusion, you can see the tweet right there, does this exonerate the president in a way that the mueller investigation could never change its mind and perhaps make him a target? >> well, i absolutely think that -- when going through comey memos, there's no bombshells, there's not enough here to get to point of obstruction of justice in any way, shape or form, with respect to that, there seems to be no issue and the memos that have now been released have only confirmed that. >> and then the big news yesterday that rod rosenstein in charge of mueller investigation, mueller reports to him, told the president last week that she's not a target either mueller investigation or cohen investigation in manhattan.

>> good morning, cheryl, thank you for having me. cheryl: yeah, talk about really being forward thinking as a dwoarp in the miami area. you know, you've gotten a lot of present attention for this, how soon do you think that we are actually going to see this reality over the sky in miami? >> you know, we are anticipating, we've heard as early as 2020 in other countries, they are going to start testing it out. but in miami, i probably think it's going the take longer, u.s. regulations are a little bit more difficult to get through and so if i had to guess probably 10 or 15 years from now. cheryl: the paramount miami world center is always an incredible development that you've been working on. it's stunning in itself but now -- i think your plan and you thought about this, we have the pictures up is how the pool actually drain for the sky port, am i describing this correctly? >> well, it's actually a list and the water is around it and

creates a platform which is a landing platform for a passenger drone to land in the future. cheryl: you know it's interesting because amazon, we were talking about whether it's uber or amazon, the drone delivery, that's where the future is going throughout the country but you also foresee this as part of the development in downtown miami, is that something that you will do drone access for other development that is you will start to build or are building right now? >> yes, paramount miami world center, you know, we like to stay ahead of the competition, i think in the future they would, our project is under construction, it's part of miami world center, the second largest urban development in the country, so, you know, we want to be progressive, it's the flagship building of the project and, you know, we will be the first that have that type of access for passenger drones to actually land on the roof, we have elevator access up to the roof that will take you down
