will be ceo of the combined company which will be called t-mobile. a lot of people asking the question, can this get approved in washington? the justice department sued at&t to block a time warner deal. what do you think for regulators? >> this is a lot different than at&t time warner. would you have here is essentially a duopoly of verizon and at&t. t-mobile doing pretty well on their own. sprint is not. sprint hasn't had a full-year profitability in almost a decade. if the government wants competitors is not going to have it. sprint can die a slow death or the companies can merge and create a competition for the two players the top. trained to look at how this will line up in terms of customers. the combined t-mobile will have customers compared to verizon's 116 in at&t's 93 million. obviously this repels them to market leadership position.

interesting how it plays out because we know t-mobile is breaking high-end satisfaction on consumer reports list and sprint breaking very, very low. a lot of people worried what will happen if service will drop and won't be as customer friendly. what you see? >> this would be a beneficial for almost all wireless customers. like i said before, sprint is in real trouble in this will look a lot more like a takeover spring by t-mobile than say a merger. i think t-mobile will take all of these advantageous business practices for the consumer to sprint to the days get approved. it's a good deal makes sense for wireless customers. because people outside the metropolitan region more than two options. gerri: michael, thank you so much for your time. cheryl: coming up, we have lift off. jeff bezos blue origin space

the first thing is they'll have to show their incredible fear of persecution. it's a very tough situation. so there's a process under the federal law. cheryl: this is a very divisive issue for americans. the president has come out very strong about illegals coming into this country. does he run the risk of seeming insensitive when it mostly women and children who are fleeing persecution? >> cheryl, the questions they should be asking is the president's absolutely right. they're using laws against dust. who put this group together? it didn't come together spontaneously. these people have no money and they organized the caravan? they had forces behind them.

he was the democrat party of honduras which is a left-wing group, but this is designed to challenge or to challenge our laws come and challenge borders make america look bad. i think it's a political stunt and is politically driven by forces trying to take down this administration. you know it's a real telling vigil as these people watching tijuana carrying honduras. not carrying american flags. not saying we want to be americans who we are hondurans will feature country. and i have another question. worse the united nations? cheryl: united nations is doing a wait-and-see approach. the legal arguments is that we are a country that does expect asylum seekers if the documentation is fair. as the president going to have to expect will bring them into this country is asylum seekers? >> it definitely has to accept the law.
