these guys without the sanctions. cheryl: well, senate democratic leader chuck schumer also calling the agreement, quote, a 180-degree turn away from the president's promise to be tough on china. tracee: another blow to obamacare, the department of justice now says it will stop defending key parts of the law including the one that guaranties coverage for people with preexisting health conditions. doj which backs federal law, crucial provisions of obamacare are unconstitutional, the move threatens to shake up insurance companies which are setting rates for 2019. cheryl: well, a critical warning from tesla's auto pilot system to a driver involved in a fatal crash earlier this year. apparently was ignored. according to preliminary report from the national transportation safety board, the auto pilot told the driver to put his hands on the wheel more than 15 minutes before the suv sped up and crashed in california.

preparations are underway for the historic summit between president trump and kim jong un. cheryl: let's bring in brad blakeman as we talk about it, of course, and we have been talking about it all morning. brad, good morning to you. thanks for being here. as we have talked several times, you've organized several of these summits, let's talk about the strategy and what we are seeing right now which is let's be hear here, the g6 plus 1. president trump is walking into a fire storm with world leaders. >> sometimes your toughest meetings are with your friends, a relationship has good days and bad days and those in between days and this will be a tough time for allies, they've been taking advantage of the united states, the president has called them out on it, he did it before with nato and what did they do, they complained about it but stepped up to the plate and continue today upgrade contributions. same thing with trade. we shouldn't be mad at the president, we should be glad

with the president because he's sticking up with america and playing points. cheryl: he's definitely sticking up on twitter to make several of his points. so many tweets to choose from, one of the things he talked about trudeau, talked about how president trudeau has been indignant in bringing the relationship with canada and also bring up the fact that they charge us up to 300% on dairy killing farmers and agriculture. let me show you the specific tariffs, maybe the president has a point. 270% on dairy. we are should go viewers. 270% on dairy, 69% on sausage. seed 67%, wheat, meat,, i -- li, maybe the president has something here. >> the president has something here. he's putting america first and allies have to realize that we

can't be taken advantage of anymore. we are the first one called when anything bad happens and then we are taking advantage in trade. no, that's not the way it should be, a friendship is only as good as it is for both parties that respect each other. we are not, you know, going to have worst relations with canada, no, that's not in the cards for the president when he leaves to the summit is have parity and have good relationships with canada and méxico and others not only in our hemisphere but all over the world provided that they treat us right. cheryl: the language he's using and the language that trudeau and macron in particular has been pretty harsh, the president approval's rate lg specifically when it comes to international trade. his approval rating right now in international trade, how he's handling international trade is at 41%, but those that disapprove how he's handling it is 49%. what do you make of that, blake?

>> one thing is for sure, i've served throe presidents, great leaders are never appreciated in their time. it's only after time that people can take full stock of what they've done and what they've done it. that's why they are leaders, it's because they see things that others don't see and they stand on principle. so i am convinced that president trump is doing the right thing by america. maybe it's not appreciated but, you know, you take that with a job. cheryl: all right, we will see how this goes, he is going to be leaving early. by the way, i can't wait for class photo out of g7, no one smiling in that, it's my prediction. we shall see. let's talk about the fact that he's leaving early. he's going to be heading straight to singapore for the summit with north korea's kim jong un. there's a lot of pressure on the president and, i think, a lot of pressure on kim jong un to at least come up with something if you were advising the president right now as he heads to singapore, what would you tell him? >> donald trump, be donald trump. stand on principle, we are going

because it only affected 14 million viewers or subscribers where as back in march it was like 84 million, but the problem is and why i think this is concerning they said they were going to fix the problems and all of a sudden another problem, they came out and said, well, we are sorry, it did happen again. the stocks did not react as poorly as they did in march, it did sell off, it sold off from making highs, back in previous highs at 195 and probably would have gone over to new knew if it weren't for negative data. all in all, people don't seem to really much care. they are still using facebook. tracee: so will anything affect facebook stock in is it bullet proof? >> oh, gosh, tracee, that's a good one. i don't know. i mean, it does seem like almost nothing can, but it did affect the stock really this year. i want to point that out, it did. it had a huge selloff. it was short for a while but when earnings came out for facebook it turned around and since it's in the tech sector

where the stocks keep making new highs like am done, google near the highs, all of the stocks are rallying so much. people can't live without facebook, they love it. they want to get on facebook every day and want to connect with friends and family, what people need to know, anything that you put out on facebook or any of the sites, youtube, any of the internet, consider it public, consider it's out to the world, don't think that your privacy isn't being breached. assume that you don't have the privacy that you have public information out there, your birth date, pictures, assume that because you can't trust the people to do what they are going to say obviously. tracee: do you think this will send mark zuckerberg to capitol hill, but maybe not this but what happened with huawei? >> not necessarily. another negative against it. when you hear the kind of news, remember when wells fargo scandal after scandal, seems like facebook is getting like that that too. you're not surprised anymore. well, there's another one check,

time we saw triple-crown winner was 3 years ago, bob bafford is back here with justify and the odds are that the horse is one to beat. apparently justify was on the track, this is by the way, the longest track of all three races, derby, and now the belmont, 1.5 miles long. it's the most difficult. they call it big sandi because the sand is different from all the other tracks, justify was here yesterday and from what i hear, he owned it, he loved the feeling of this track and the forecast is big because over the last couple of days we were forecasting this frontal boundary that was going to sit over long island new york and bring potential of perhaps some heavy rain but the good news is today the forecast looks like that front is going to be a little more southward of area so better chance of clear skies and this horse, by the way, justify, we've never really seen him run

on dry sand or dry track because two other races, derby, were mudders, it was like flooding rainfall all day for the kentucky derby and so this is going to be pretty amazing, this horse is really one to beat, very large horse, i mean, bob bafford is the training. before that it was 37 years, so this is going to be quite an interesting race, we are all very excited for this horse. i'm very excited. we are going to talk to bob bafford later on at fox&friends and we will be talking to park owners, live from belmont. ladies, this is one of my favorite events of the year. everybody will be wearing fascinators and to be we will have the big hats. cheryl: i love the hat, tennis. turn to the side, i want to get a shot of that.
