showing their employees how to deal with anyone coming in to demand a cd it's mugshot monday. this week's wish is from florida. he got a dui for claiming his dog was driving. police stopped scott garrett after they spotted him driving erratically. he claimed his dog was swerving. that's right. but the police didn't buy it. based on the results of his sobriety test, his dog probably should have been driving. he was arrested outside his house. but he did try bribing the cops with free donuts. witnesses say the bear fled in the car that was being driven by a dog.
