the banks are still pretty tough in their mortgage application process. i think the builders will have to muddle through this. there is demand, more demand we think is positive. for now the market is really pretty great. cheryl: graduate said we we are not as interest rate sensitive as we used to be. we all remember the 1980s when at 14% and your home mortgage. these are investments whether or not you're in the housing market or whatever you're doing. these are being whether it's one or. down 13% year-to-date. down 50% year-to-date. these guys are really taken a hit this year. >> again, reason to stay away.
