forced to resign. tracee: promises to be a busy week for investors with earnings from five dow components with one quarter of the s&p 500 hit among the highlights, apple will report its latest results tomorrow. we'll hear from tests on wednesday. investors will be following the federal reserve two-day meeting which starts tomorrow. no rate hike is expected that is always the fed statement on the economy will be carefully analyzed. the league's biggest economic report comes on friday on the jobs report. payroll is expected to fall to 190,000 with the unemployment citing the 3.9%. cheryl: birdied july go. vice president pen starred in the thames administration's economic progress in an exclusive interview with maria bartiromo on "sunday morning futures." >> for part 1% growth.

cheryl: and welcome back. let's get you caught up on what's happening now. features on this monday a pretty negative free market so far. the dow down a point. s&p up in one of three quarters. nasdaq down five and a quarter. a six person found dead from wildfire in northern california rages on. the wildfire has grown to 90,000 acres and has claimed the lives of two firefighters from a woman and her two great-grandchildren. the death toll from the grace wildfires has reached 91. new video shows people running away from the flames taking refuge. as of yesterday, 25 people still

reported missing. president trump railed against the media saying they were driven insane by their trump arrangement syndrome. he treated yesterday in part freedom of the price comes with the responsibility to report the news accurately. though not a great company to be sold out by anti-trumpeters in the dying newspaper industry. amy sulzberger detailed a meeting he had with the president. normally off the record. he called his anti-press language divisive and dangerous and once the president treated about the meeting, decided to go public as well about it. devin nunes among former republican lawmakers made less visible on search results. we are looking at in the legal remedy we can go through. cheryl: twitter is playing a technical glitch that has reportedly been fixed. that is what is happening now. tracee: a dangerous heat wave across the country continues this morning. cheryl: fox senior meteorologist janice dean is here with your forecast to the fires, we can't see the pictures we are getting from there. >> i looks like more the way of dry weather in very warm temperatures across the west. let's start with the extend that to the west. we have potential for more heavy rain across the east with the tale of two closer they are getting too much rain across the east coast and not enough of it for the west. yet again the wet pattern from florida all the way up towards the northeast over the next several days. lucy potential for more flash flooding up towards the mid atlantic and in the northeast over the next couple days,

looking for hints on whether the new line of ipads will be factored into that. >> well, everyone will be looking at the new iphone's. here's the thing with apple. i think they are transitioning into a different kind of company. used to be airborne got excited about the iphone's. i don't see that anymore. it's kind of like back in the old days, probably well before your time and people got excited about what a company like dell would come out with this new pc. we are long past that. fortunately, apple transitioning to a services company. they have the app store. they have the apple music. they have apple news. that is going to be their next transition. i think this is a very stable company. it's a great company, but i would say investing brilliance, this is a hold rather than a bite. >> i do remember dell and their products coming out. both get to elon musk and tesla.

what are you looking forward tesla model preproduction going to be something important people are watching. >> this is one big to ignore, and mnuchin. this is a company moving money hand over fist. they're rounding error compared to gm or ford. looking to make 54,000 vehicles. ford sells 2 million cars in a year. they were smart people at these other companies. i'm not saint elon musk is not a smart person, but most if not all the valuation is in this one person. he is shown to be kind of wild sometimes on calls and tweets and things like that. i think it is more hype than anything else. i think the only value with tesla honestly is if someone buys them. if you're an investor i would move on for this one.

>> i want to ask you about facebook. last week that was a big one we were talking about. what you think is next for this stock? mark zuckerberg suit on friday what could be the first of many lawsuits over this disappointing earnings that wiped out $220 billion of shareholder wealth. would you think is next there? >> this is a stock in a gradual decline. the flipside, i will say i have been negative on facebook for years for one simple reason. by the wayside of this kind of a fad with no moat around it. at one point we had myspace, which was really hot. now we have another way for people to exchange personal information, things like that. there's no reason another more nimble competitor can come in. we've seen it with their numbers, the number of their users is declining, at least the

economy. >> is this true considering that cut wages that are going up every month and record low unemployment? is that the right verbiage to use when it comes to american workers? >> yeah, look. it is good people are working. we want people to be working. the wages we need to get from these american workers to get paid what they need to get paid. we also make sure we are adding to the economy and there's a number of things. the tariffs that are being imposed by this president are going to hinder the economic growth, too. they'll also take effect as we move forward. cheryl: we will need to get more data on that next quarter gdp where we may see the effects of the tariffs. at the same time, if you listen to at device has been said about gdp in the same thing we talk about here, listening to buddy told maria about gdp and where it's going in the future.
