what your take of what is going on at cbs, is that a good move. >> it is. kudos to cbs and board for doing the right thing, getting facts before they make a decision about what to do. the reality, that these are very serious allegations, and we should be taking them seriously. but the other problem with that, so many people have been leaping to conclusion and kicking people out of their jobs and making judgments before any of the allegations are vetted in a courtroom or in a investigation. that is wrong. liz: it should be pointed out that the women in new yorker magazine article, they were not anonymous they stepped forward by name, douglas is one of them, les moonves saying, i recognize there are times decades ago i made have made women uncomfortable by making advances. i regret those mistakes.
