order. the agency's review and any communication with the white house on the substance of the material for this part of the letter direct should not proceed further until you have briefed the gang of eight in person. this from the so-called loyal opposition. subversion, insubordination by the radical left, demanding obstruction of white house orders. the letter making it clear that leaders of the opposition party are no longer loyal, demanding the doj, the fbi are expected to submit the declassified documented to the director of national intelligence with redactions. the dni would then hand over those document to the white house in direct contravention of the president's order to provide unredacted documents and texts. our first guest tonight to discuss this desperate attempt by the dems and the department of justice attempting to

obstruct and delay the president's order for the immediate unredacted declassification, joining me now, judge jeanine pirro, the host of "justice with judge jeanine." awe thowr of "liars, leakers and liberals, the case against the anti-trump conspiracy." this is clearly an anti-trump on the spearcy carried out by the left. >> what this is an attempt at a coup. and if you know so lynn anyone sci. the rules of the radicals is to create havoc and tell people in the party ore the other party that you must dismiss what the chief executive, the commander in chief, the person we elected to be in the oval office is akin to treason. it is outrageous and it should be a message to everyone that their job is to obstruct everything this president does.

lou: and this letter -- and this is the letter right here. i mean, signed by the four highest ranking democrats in this process. not only calling for obstruction, for subversion, but referring to earlier agreements with this group of senators and congressmen that require them to not turn over all documents to the president of the united states. >> are you surprised? when you're talking with pelosi, schumer and schiff, the rest of them, all of them suffer tremendous damage in this stuff comes out. that's why they're calling on rod rosenstein, who is nothing more than an attempt by the whole, you know, deep state to defend itself. that's why they're there. lou: it's a coverup without question. no. you want to know what surprises

me? what surprises me is that they were stupid enough to put this in writing and to refer to the earlier agreement which, by the way, appears to have been carried out by the dni, by the director of the fbi, by the deputy attorney general. >> you're right. lou: and this to me is the basis for eleve eleven worth or all o. >> rod loazen stein is the attorney general and jeff sessions is in a closet somewhere cowering. that's the problem with all of this. they can freely do it in our face. lou: your judgment about sessions, is he compromised or mentally incompetent? >> this guy was in the senate for 20 years. he didn't do anything but passed four or five laws that was passed, it's absurd. the bottom line is this. jeff sessions is a front for

those individuals who would suffer if they were made accountable if what they've done. lou: i want to turn to the other part of the chaos created by the dems. they're not being particularly clever or cute about it but they're energetic. and that is trying to derail and to end the kavanaugh confirmation. judge k kavanaugh is now facing the prospect of, again, trying to rebut and refute unsubstantiated claims from 36 years ago. where are we in this? what do you devine from all that we know from this point? what i devine from all that we know, essentially, nothing can be done legally. the statute of limit taightses s pass pd fbi can't investigate this. there's no federal crime. the fbi doesn't do sex crimes. i ran an office for 30 years.

i know sex crimes. when you don't have an outcry, a date when it happened and it comes out in this political sphere, think about it, lou. everything that we know about kavanaugh, about his dna, the women who worked for him, the women he went to school with, the women he dated, not one person has alleged anything close to this. and we're talking about aggression, covering the mouth, attempted rape, so-called. and nobody wants to think that this guy hasn't done anything. we need to believe her. but if it's a democrat who is accused and he's accused of rape and sexual assault by woman after woman and on and on, we cannot believe those women. this is politics at its worse. shame on us. lou: certainly shame on them. thanks for being with us. appreciate it. be sure to watch "justice can judge jeanine" saturdays 9 p.m. eastern on the fox news channel. up next, the radical dems

i think they're going to do a good job. lou: republican senators echoing the president's words today asking for to reconsider her refusing to testify next monday. this comes as the dems continue to push for an fbi investigation into decades old allegations which would, by the way, be unprecedented in every way. and by the way, this is the same fbi that's conducted six kavanaugh background checks, who has twice refused this investigation, the fbi has. and senator chuck grassley stating this, the fbi does not make a credibility assessment of any information it receives with respect to a nominee. nor is it tasked with investigating a matter simply because the committee deems it important. we have no power to commandeer an executive branch agency to conducting our due diligence. it is the role of the united states senate.

karen monaghan, the former girlfriend accusing keef ellison of domestic abuse, she's speaking out. and by the way, democrats saying nothing. monaghan was asked on twitter how she eeses been tweete she'se democrats party. when asked if the dems believed her, this is what manna hand said. no, they don't. i've been smeared, threatened, isolated from my party. i provided medical records. i told them about the abuse and who did it. my therapist released records stating i've been dealing and healing from the abuse. where are the dems calling to an investigation of a major leader of their party. quite a different standard. and this man would be the attorney general of the state of minnesota. joining me now, top strategist for great america pac, former reagan white house political director, fox news political analyst, ed rollins.

let's start with the extraordinary call, this obvious united orchestrated call by the dems for an fbi investigation. and as i said earlier, every single one of the people that you saw call for that fbi investigation knows it's not in their power. it is not the appropriate role of the fbi. that was further substantiated by the chairman of the senate judiciary committee, chuck grassley. what do you make of this just raw, pure whereby bald politics? >> it's all rhetoric on their part. and the bottom line is this man has had six, six full-scale fbi checks. i've had three with the white houses i've served in. they go back to the first grade you were in and they ask every single question, they know everything about you. it takes months and months to do. i promise you if there was anything anywhere, it would be somewhere in the report. they've seen the reports. six times they did it, six times

they found nothing. the bottom line is -- lou: we know that this is pure, as i said, raw politics on their part. but it is such a cynical and toxic atmosphere that they've created. the dems to me are without conscience, they're without principle and someone has got to hold them accountable for this kind of conduct. >> first of all, you read the constitution, in the second article, giving all of the power to the executive, the president. he has the power. the people that work for him, the dni, the director does not follow his orders -- lou: this is a different issue. we're going to to let frer the four democratic leaders on capitol hill. the see what they're doing. they're not only telling christopher wray, the director of the fbi and dan coats, the director of the national intelligence awches, they'r offe

saying, your agency's review and any communication with the white house and the substance of the material should not proceed further until you've briefed the gang of eight in person. who in the hell does chuck schumer and nancy pelosi, mark warner and adam schiff think they are? >> the other half of the gang of eight are the republicans. and this is just absurd. lou: the republicans haven't said a word. >> the gang of eight is a courtesy call. it's not a real power they have. and the bottom line is these people, if they do anything to step up against the president, they should be fired. i'm talking about, it's his team and he basically has an obligation to sit them down and say i want this done -- lou: who has the obligation? >> the president. he should say to these guys, you have the obligation to implement my orders. my orders are to put the documents out there. lou: if you have to tell the head of the fbi, national intelligence, you know what their obligation is. >> if they don't want to do it, hand in their resignation.

lou: how do you get them to do that? you're talking of people of principle. i'm now afraid that christopher wray and dan coats, these are -- and rod rosenstein for crying out loud, they're not demonstrating great principle. they look like people who want their job because they need to cover their rears because of all that they've done. this letter by the way, ed, it refer to the fact that they've already withheld evidence and information and intelligence from the president of the united states. >> the president has the power to fire every one of them. every one is on appointment of his and bottom line, he ought to do that. lou: why in the world is the national left-wing media not reporting this just absolutely inner jet clenergetically expwh. >> they're sympathetic to the other side.

>> well, i hope so. they have been some len s some t on the news. lou: well it will be near a slumber, i think. they'll be able to figure that out. it is -- it's really impressive. and as the president pointed out, the chinese market has dropped -- it is well beyond correction. it's approaching just about 20% decline. the chinese are acknowledging, for the first time, that they have significant problems. they're maintaining, of course, as they would, that they can manage these problems. but they can't manage them if they don't move toward a balanced trade relationship with this country. >> well, i think that's absolutely true. and it's also absolutely true, they're pretty well running out of bullets to fire in this trade

conflict. and the reason for that is that we export so much less to them than they do to us, that there are many, many more items, hundreds of billions of more that we could tariff than that they could tariff. that's a tough position for them to be in. lou: and it's a terrific position for the united states, conversely. >> right. lou: because the u.s. economy, from the moment the president was elected, this economy has turned. it is a business friendly washington, d.c. instead of an antibusiness atmosphere as under his predecessor. the markets are moving faster. i get a kick out of it, mr. secretary. i don't know if you do. watching the national left-wing media trying to talk about the market if it has an off day with the dow sitting at 26,000, records for the nasdaq, the s&p at hand. talk about their trade tensions,

their jitters in the market. meanwhile it's been a march from january straight ahead to the levels that we are now. it's kind of fun to watch them have to eat crow. >> well, it is. these are the same people who said the economy could never grow more than about 2% a year. and i think if they had been elected, they would have been right. it would not have been able to grow at more than 2%. but their great fear is that the american public is also catching on to the fact that the cuts in the taxes and the cuts in regulation are really what's driving this economy. and they can't stand that because it's the total opposite of what they forecast would happen. lou: i want to turn very quickly to something that larry kudlow, the president's chief economic adviser, i suppose he could be styled, talking about cutting

entitlements as a way to attack deficits. and that left a lot of people shocked because the president has said the opposite and campaigned on the opposite. is this larry being larry or is there ooh change of view somehow in the economic team? >> there is no change of view. the president, unlike many politicians, remembers his promises from the campaign, keeps track of them and lives up to them. and this one especially, he simply not going to violate. my guess is if indeed larry said something like that, he probably had in mind getting rid of the last fading remnants of obama obamacare. that is something we're going to deal with. it's just about gone anyway. but as to things like social security and all of that, forget it. there is no chance that the president will cut them. lou: wilbur ross, secretary of

but it could be possible they should share a cell going forward. i would hope they eesh held accountable for what they've done in this country. >> as weave talked for months and months over a year, it's crystal clear that this cabal was far reaching, this conspiracy, the fbi was involved, so was the intelligence community. lou: dan coats. >> many of the democratic leadership of the congress were part of this story telling that went on ever sense, you know, it was on yous that trump was going to be the nominee. and this thing has been going on and still going on to this day. and the deputy attorney general -- of course the attorney general is out on some sort of medical leave of some sort. lou: i don't know what he's doing. >> but the deputy attorney general is like at the center of this whole thing. because, i mean -- lou: rod rosenstein has been at the point of the spear, the

nexus of everything that is toxic and corrupt about the justice department and the fbi. now we're finding out in this letter, jim, from four leading democrats that they've already made deals in which they withhold intelligence and information from the president of the united states. it's stunning. >> the president should call them into his office tomorrow, give them a deadline of like 24 hours to present all of this. and if they don't, fire them. that's what needs to happen. i mean this whole gaggle of people that are anti-constitution, anti-the rights of people, trampling on the rights of people. this is a huge event. i mean we haven't even talked about the unmasking yet. we're going to have hundreds and hundreds of unmasking of american citizens. lou: unmasking referring to samantha power for crying out loud, susan rice and others who have called unmasking of those they wanted to surreal as it's

referred to. and we're talking, as jim says, hundreds of american citizens. and we haven't even heard a word about that. >> we haven't heard a word about that. here we go, we know now the fisa, they're really illegal, the perjury. they're not truthful to the fisa court. lou: and they withheld critical information. >> and when you present an affidavit, i know, i've seen many of them. you got 40, 50, 30 pages of facts. they had no facts. it's all a made-up story. you know that circles the globe, involving a lot of strange people all over the place. it's a crazy thing. they present this fraudulent document then they renew it 90 days four times. and the law says you have to bring new facts. you to make the case that you have to continue this. because this is a violation of someone's, you know, rights. lou: and these documents as you point out, this is paid for by hillary clinton's campaign, by the democratic national committee. it was a fraudulent false

document. bob woodward referred to it in his new book. >> we're going to find out that all of these renewals were fraudulent. what could they have possibly found out about the person they were surveilling. i mean, he's not in jail. he hasn't been charged with anything. it's all bs. the whole thing is bs. lou: ale and there's plenty of that in washington, d.c. and the level is rising. the kavanaugh, judge kavanaugh's confirmation hearing, we have an orchestrated effort by the democrat to call for an fbi investigation of judge kavanaugh which would be unprecedented in any form but particularly at the last minute. this is ababsurdity. have you seen anything like this? >> no. i'm familiar with investigations of people that have been, you know one going into the congress and going elsewhere. these investigations take over a year. you know, everybody this person ever knew is pretty much interviewed going back to

kindergarten. that's happened six times with judge kavanaugh. this bs of asking for another information. what are are they going to investigate? as far as i know, he's not sure of the date or the place. lou: and senator feinstein who created all of this, orchestrated it, now won't even support or endorse her veracity as the accuser and doesn't explain why she didn't ask for investigations that she could have led three months ago, in july. >> without question. you know, the whole thing is a stalling tactic and i hope the republicans on the committee and the chairman, i hope that, you know, grow a big backbone. grassily has a pretty good one. stand on what's right and what the american people deserve to have, and that's another brilliant member of the supreme court. lou: jim, as calls, great to have you with us. the radical dems are looking
