my is strong right now. it is moving unemployment is quite low as you said economy is doing quite well. but the market is a forward looking indicator and it is forecasting that something is not well if not in later 2018 and certainly in early 2019. and it was a few weeks ago this just didn't start yesterday. paw weeks ago we started talking about week with stocks but that is spread. yesterday, almost 500 new 50 week lows. only two week highs and the banks cheryl amongst strongest of the u.s. stocks. and that low list is littered with banks this is pretending something really worrisome moving forward if not 2018, 2019 for sure. >> we expected double digit profit growth and wore expecting that for the third quarter. 36% on the market cap for the s&p 500, wail reports this week i wanted to ask you about that hearing from caterpillar 3 a.m.

with what i've heard. a top aid for saudi crown prince muhammad ordered killing of khashoggi over a skype call lauren and there are reports this morning from reuters that the president of turkey actually has evidence from that skype call and we may actually hear that evidence. >> turkey have been about sitting for on evidence and will thing come out drip by drip in a way to threaten saudi arabia. president trump says he will deploy as many troops as necessary to southern border. to stop a migrant caravan that continues to grow in size. united nations now estimating that that caravan has about 7200 people they are marching north through mexico and they are headed for the united states. >> and president is firing up voters in texas with this issue. he was in a rally last night for senator ted cruz. >> as the caravan and look, that is an assault on our country.

and why aren't democrats more fired up about issue of immigration as they get ready for the election? >> cheryl look i think it is an issue fors us but i think the issue is that these folks are -- coming towards america because of their seeking refuge they're in tour bus situations down in their countries. i think what people will see is that okay this is a problem, and they're bipg to get fired up just like the republicans are, and they're going to go to the polls to vote on this issue. but mostly on other issues like health care that are extremely important too. >> one that the president and white house brought up is an issue when it m comes to migrants is amount of money that united states taxpayer is spending to hon honduras and el salvador and they did nothing to stop this caravan which new reports say this morning could be as big as 14,000 people jesse.

murder. and the body might be in a forest. smg well it is shaking up investment market as you would imagine a personal tragedy as with but happening with connection and oil throwing uncertainty models never like uncertainty and mention global instability is and picture changing, global forecasts are dropping and then there's the trade uncertainty. you take this confluence eventses from overseas and it is easy to understand why our america stock market is now taking a little bit of a hit. we expect interim volatility to be here through the midterm election, if you're short-term investor put your helmet on because we don't expect thingses to calm down in next few weeks. >> that's an excellent point you have china. you have it shall saudi arabia, this unfolding of events it is a key ally of the u.s. will they continue to be key ally how does that affect u.s. market and wait here at home you're right put your helmet on because we have

interest rates going up and midterm elections exactly two weeks away. >> right, and the fed was very concerned about overheeding economy and they use stronger rhetoric than they would have liked to have seen and that's pay back that we're e seeing in this stock market. hopefully what we get out of the fed is a measured response in december some tone down regarding 2019 and we might get earning surprise or two to put this bull market become on track. i don't think it is end of the full market underpinnings are there but top line news is beating up market right now. >> a lot of sales forecast a lot of sales numbers revenue numbers that we've gotten from companies that have reported thus far are disappointing and as we noted earlier there's a lot of fear about what investors and what ceos could say and in some cases are saying about final quarter of the year and 2019 when we could be in a full blown trade war with china, and we might see some of that among the dow stock, the industrial companies

reporting today caterpillar and 3 a.m. did you want to talk about either one of those dow components? >> you make a good point on that. caterpillar earnings have been strong through the year. they've been up to stock responded earlier in the year because reports were strong. it is really about the forward looking statement, what impacted these cost increases going to do, and how was the weakness in china economics system right now going to imract companies like caterpillar. we think earnings may be strong here. but we think there's beginning to be a weak outlook verbalized today and that's what could weigh on this stock. >> mark avalon thank you for your perpghtive this morning. >> always good to be here. >> get your helmet on. this is on. needs to be today look at the dow. >> here are futures again folks i want to show you a lot of stories we're following but this is a big one dow 314 on premarket and three quarters nasdaq down 115. and three quarters so right now nasdaq is weakest market that

monitoring major market sell you have on this tuesday a continuation of losses yesterday. the dow is down 325 and premarket, the s&p is down 38, and three quarters nasdaq is on 118 that is a loss of 1.65% one of the worry one of the worries is what's happening overseas and what the u.s. saad saudi turkish president is speaking right now and addressing the parliament there. and he's said so far a couple of things very important he says that 18 people that were arrested in saudi arabia and relation to the killing of jamal khashoggi does match their intelligence. you can hear the applause from a parliament by the way there. he also said that there's very strong evidence that killing was planned. and this country is going to investigate the murder of jamal

look this is a midterm election. the republicans have that house in the senate, and so that means split districts like mine are going to be -- tough contests for the battle for the future of the country. >> she's raised five times more do you think money, fundraising is changing the game? >> yeah. i mean in many ways instead of faces blue way we're faces green wave. there's been money pouring in from the coast special interest money superpack, and what's been difficult about my opponent in particular is we can't get her to debate. i've never even met her and she moved to my district in last e year so no one here really knows her, and democrats essentially have her in witness protection program. >> you have attacked her in your ads as being radical how do you think that is resonating with your district? >> well look this is a -- republican district still. this is a district that is focused on job creation.

good public schools, safe communities, and people move here because they want high quality of life. this is not a community that favors socialism or radical left views. my opponent so-so far out of mainstream she advocates open borders, she supports mandatory socialized medicine for even taking away everyone's private health insurance, making harder for people with preexisting conditions to get access to care, eliminating medicare promise for seniors and tripling our taxes wool voting for nancy pelosi for speaker of the house that is not the third district of kansas. >> immigration is a big issue for voters and you are chairman of the sub committee you write and enforce laws that protect our borders you flip plopped on several issues do you think in some cases siding even initially with democrats helps you or hurts you? >> well, i believe in

immigration that we're a nation of imrapghts it is part of our heritage and it is part of our future. and what we're trying to do is ensure that we can enforce our laws, secure our borders, and stop illegal immigration drug trafficking, human trafficking sex trafficking, into our country while at the same time fixing our broken immigration system so we can have a legal process that works that's good for future of our country. that angers people on both sides there's certainly some folks on -- and republican party who don't want any immigration at all. i agree with those folks there's certainly folks like my opponent who want open borders, and to about everybody into our country and to ignore rule of law or border security. i certainly disagree with those folks and strongly do so few what we're trying to do is puring out how to have humane compassionate enforcement of our nation imraw laws that means working on people to get things done to fix this broken system. >> congressman yoder thank you for your time. >> thanks for having me on the
