lou: our top stories, three days removed from election day and still no results in georgia, arizona and florida. broward county and palm beach county, governor rick scott winning a court order. judges ordering an immediate review of ballots in those two jurisdictions. election officials have learned nothing apparently about ballot integrity. president trump you look at broward county. they have had a horrible

history. if you look at the person, the woman involved. she has had a horrible lift. all of a sudden they are finding votes out of nowhere. rick scott who won by a comfortable margin, every couple of hours it goes down a little bit. there are bad things that have gone on in broward county. really bad things. she has been to court, she has had a lot of problems. she has lost. lou: we'll take up the charges of pervasive corruption. brad blakeman, ed rollins, and matt gaetz. china and russia trying to pressure the trump administration to under cut much of what the president has floished help american workers.

asia expert gordon chang joins us. in california, rapidly moving wildfires burned structure to the ground. already claimed the lives of at least five people. their bodies found in their burned out vehicles. >> the magnitude of the destruction we are seeing is really unbelievable, and heartbreaking. currently we have roughly 105,000 people evacuated. in southern california there have been injuries. and we know there have been loss of the life. lou: this is one of the deadliest wildfires in california history already. we'll have the latest on those fires and the efforts to stop them later in the broadcast. president trump and the first lady have arrived in paris. they will be commemorating the 100th anniversary of the end of world war i.

they will be in france through sunday afternoon. john roberts with them to cover the ceremonies and the president. reporter: president trump find himself embroiled a brand-new legal battle. a civil rights organization filed suits over president trump's efforts to restrict asylum claims in the united states. president trump threw more fuel on the immigration fire saying he started the process to deny asee you slum claims made by illegal immigrants. >> i just signed a proclamation on asylum. very important. people can come in, but they have to come in through the ports of entry. that to me is a very important thing. reporter: the action drew

immediate'' lawsuits from the aclu. rick scott filed a lawsuit against broward and palm beach counties. >> we are just fortunately having to go through this process because the democrats are trying to steal the seats. reporter: snipes noise stranger to controversy. a judge ruled her office destroyed ballots in a 2016 house race, and she was accused of mishandling absentee ballots. still she claims the government, lawsuit has no merit. >> we ran 14 days. 12 hours. we had a big vote by mail. don't turn it around to make it seem like i'm making comedy out of this. reporter: late today accused his

opponent of abusing his office. >> rick scott is trying to stop all the votes from being counted and he's impeding the democratic process. reporter >> if i had to place a bet wish it's more likely than not that's senator nelson will prevail in a recount. reporter: e lirks as is a long-time democratic operative that hired fusion gps that created the infamous trump dossier. the president said if this wasn't enough, a recount appears likely in the governor's race. andrew gillum conceded the race

tuesday night to republican ron desantis, but now is reconsidering that decision. the president tweeted what's embarrassing to democracy is not counting every vote, and you, of course. reporter: if the secretary of state determines the margin of victory in any of these races is less than 1/2 percent, it automatically triggers a recount. lou: phil keating. there has been a big court ruling in arizona that extends any decision on that senate race between republican martha mcsally and kirsten cinema, it

extends it a few days. sinema widening her lead to 20,000 votes. reporter: this vote count in the say the of arizona remains tight. kirsten sinema holds the 20,000 vote lead. the republican party sued to try to get maricopa county from curing ballots that had problem. but the gop backed down allowing the process to continue through next wednesday. >> the democrats legal strategy is clear as it is troubling. they want to disenfranchise 11 counties they can't win.

reporter: the president tweeted just not you arizona. signatures don't match. call for a new election? we must protect our democracy. long vote counts are routine. >> just like in the other 3,000 counties in the united states, we run our operation, they run their operation. we are constitutionally elected officers. i wanted to get every voter's signature validated if we could. reporter: sinema saw her 8,000 vote lead jump to 27,000. if that trend continues through the weekend, this red jeff flake seat will turn blue. lou: it seems there are troubles all over the country. the national left-wing media refuses to believe their radical dem cohorts could actually lose

lou: let's take a look at the so-called balance of power in the senate. the races in florida and arizona look like they are headed forward a recount. and in mississippi, a runoff election will be held november 27. this is the current balance of power and maybe adjusted. the balance of power stands with the republicans in power, 51-46.

if they were to sweep the three races. these are the stakes that we are look at now. one of the people hot holds the outcome in her hands is florida democrat and broward county supervisor of elections. she is brenda snipes. she has a sordid history in her 15 years in office. in 2016 snipes' destruction of primary ballot while they were subject to a lawsuit, and she violated the law when her office posted early voting the results before the polls closed. and she failed to send 58,000 absentee ballots to voters who requested them. our next guest -- he's calling

for the removal of the supervisor of elections, brenda snipes. congressman gaetz says she has failed to follow transparency laws. congressman, i have got to say, look at her record. what in the world is she doing in the job? >> it's like we have a banana republic in broward county. a judge ruled brenda snipes violated the florida constitution to not allow citizens to have basic records that were supposed to be produced. like how many ballots were cast and who cast them and when were they cast. 65 out of 67 counties were able to get this information in a matter of hours. brenda snipes after getting a

court order to allow us to inspect the process. when i'm done here we are going to get motions for contempt prepared and we'll be back in front of a judge to hold brenda snipes in contempt of court for not following court orders and not following the constitution. he needs to suspend her and put this office into the receivership of the secretary of state. the secretary of state was confirm bid a broad bipartisan majority of the florida senate. she is either incompetent or corrupt. i don't want to wait around and find out which it is. lou: it could be both. it's stunning to me that she is still in office. how can that be after what she has not done and what she has done.

she defied a court order, broke her constitutional duty. what more does she have to do? >> that is an appropriate question for governor rick scott. i hope governor rick scott isn't scared because since he's a candidate he shouldn't fulfill the duties of the governor. my constituents who did it right, we should not have our votes diluted by the corruption and illegal behavior here in broward county. the people working in this building are either too stupid or too corrupt to do their job. i think we ought to remove them immediately and have the secretary of state come in and put the office in receivership. i think we deserve to know whether they voted in person or absentee or vote by mail. only that transparency allows us to be able to identify voter

fraud and ballot stuffing and illegal activity. if you play hide the ball with the ballots, then we can never catch you committing the fraud. lou: here we go again. it's again 18 years since gore v. bush. >> you mentioned palm beach. earlier today palm beach county lost a case in court because they were allowing the supervisor elections to unilaterally decide whether damaged ballots should be counted or not exowntd they are making up their own rules. they have spoken 80,000 ballots into existence. we have no chain of custody for the ballots, and this is the

ecosystem that allows corruption to flourish. my constituents didn't do it wrong. and our ballots shouldn't be diluted by corruption and nal feasance in broward and palm beach county. lou: assure me there are gop attorneys running all over this place, right? >> i have seen a number of democrats come in and out of the office. they have armed security guards that stopped me when i wanted to take video of something being loaded in and out of trucks here at the very office. these are bizarre tactics they are using. it's because they probably screwed it up. i don't know if it's proud or incompetence. we better make sure this election is not stolen from the people of florida. this is the new path of the

resistance. they tried to disrupt our town halls, we passed tax reform anyway. now they are trying to steal the elections they can't win with the voters. lou: one thing is being made very clear in much of the country, is the count continues for quite some time. this is extra ordinary. and congressman matt gaetz, it's always good of you to be with us. thank you. the president putting another anti-trump cnn reporter in their place. unbelievable. tearing into cnn abby phillips during a press gal outside the white house. listen to this. >> -- involved in the russia probe? president trump: that's up to him. >> do you want him to rein in robert mueller? >> what a stupid question.

lou: aclu, the left wing activist organization that has a tks exemption is seeking a court injunction against the president's new restrictions on asylum and catch and release is over as well. they claim the policy violates federal immigration law. no word yet from senator feinstein who advised president obama to use very broad powers to limit asylum in 2014. joining me now to talk about the president's asylum proclamation in what is election fraud in broward county.

former member of president george w. bush's senior staff, brad blakeman. brad, good to have you with us. gregg jarrett, the author of the "new york times" best seller "the russia hoax." everybody is talking about russia collusion and intervention in our elections, and we have obvious fraud in good ole florida. gregg: the either corruption or incompetence has consumed broward county at the hands of brenda snipes. a judge several months ago found she unlawful live destroyed ballots. she cannot be recalled as an elected official. but the governor could have suspended her as her predecessor was suspended for corruption.

that governor was jeb bush. governor scott should have taken a cue from governor bush. >> unbelieve act. you would say he has himself to blame? he has himself to blame. his lawsuit was well crafted. convinced the judge today. so a step in the right direction. the judge ordered snipes to disclose information. she missed the deadline. no surprise there. she is either profoundly side and incompetent or she is corrupt it's one of the two. >> as i suggested to matt gaetz, there is a looming possibility of both that seems to be a fair calculation as well. i mean, i don't even understand why the citizens -- unless the citizens of broward and palm peach county are so left wing,

they think this is amusing. >> they voted for her, so they have themselves to blame as well. unless they love that snipes might be discovering and inventing new ballots. that's a possibility. lou: brad, who wins it? >> my hope is they won't be successful just as gore was not successful in trying to steal the election from the obvious winner. the numbers were a lot different. we went in with 537 votes. and here they are talking about tens of thousands of votes. it's amazing how they always find democratic votes. it always comes down to broward and palm beach counties. lou: they have more commitment. >> unbelievable. in clothes they stash ballots.

lou: why would the republican party not have monitors there ready in those two counties to let people know this is not going to happen again? >> they should have obviously they were not as attentive as they should have been. some of the poll watchers are volunteers. lou: i'm talking about hired junkyard dog attorneys. >> that's what they should have done. but it may be too late in some circumstances. we may have courts again deciding an election. this is not the way things are supposed to happen in our country. lou: i want to take up quickly if we may, the president's proclamation ending catch and release and severely restricting asylum to the ports of entry and denying it to anyone who crosses

illegally. greg: catch and release is a policy administered by the president and the executive branch. he's entitled to revoke it. as pore the ports of entry, the proclamation is the same as the travel ban that was upheld by the supreme court. lou: and recommended to president obama by dianne feinstein. gregg: the aclu doesn't have standing to sue, by thing the aclu. >> the president is doing his duty and upholding his oath to protect us. it will be challenged in the courts. and hopefully we'll find the right judges. if we get there i am sure as gregg properly point out, it will be upheld in the highest court in the land. lou: still ahead. more on the deadly wildfires

counted until after everything else gets counted. and if the race is not close, it won't be counted for weeks and weeks. lou: the idea of early voting that has overtaken much of the country extends election day across weeks and weeks. and we are left with a situation where election day is no longer election day. it sounds like and looks like and feels like a recipe for immense fraud. ed: it's coming. i think there is a lot of fraud and there is more coming as time goes on. lou: what is the rationale for this? why not have voter i.d. for crying out loud. >> in these national elections the federal government has a role. just in the sense of the law

enforcement side of it. and, you know, civil rights act always has people in there making sure people's rights aren't being violated. but there are a lot of people who don't fall under civil rights. lou: broward and palm beach counties have been fraudulent and incompetent for years and decade. and the justice department is nowhere to be found. why don't they get a consents decree from those folks. ed: snipes has been attacked several times. she basically destroyed the votes -- lou: debbie wasserman-schultz is from broward county and she is the chair of the dnc who was thrown out for corruption? ed: yes. and she was challenged a few years ago, and the challenger wanted to go post election and

they destroyed all the ballots. ed: no one got fired. lou: what happens here? >> i think it will be two weeks, a real battle similar to 2010. lou: will it be one side or will the republican attorneys show up. ed: we are two weeks away from this thing being resolved. lou: whose favor? >> i hope in our favor because we obviously won on election day. lou: election day doesn't include early voting. stalin said you can vote, let me count. ed: you get into the holidays and people pay less and less

attention. president trump: chain today would have superseded us in two years as an economic power. now they are not even close. just remember we are the bank. and everybody wants to steal from and plunder. it can't be that way anymore. we are going to end the theft of american intellectual property. crack down on china's trade abuses, and confront countries that cheat. we have taken historic actions to bring back american jobs that were lost due to china's trade practices. lou: there are some in american business who are trying to undercut the president's policies. gordon chang is with us next. stay with us.

what he's doing, he's defending the american economy. >> he's defending its borders, he's trying to impose law and order to support law enforcement. build a strong military for what purpose? to defend the nation and the american citizens who live in it. how complicated is that except for those who want to change and police language so people don't understand that this is a fight, it is an existential fight in my judgment for this country against the predators of china, primarily. and he has to win it. by the way, we wouldn't be engaged in it. goldman sachs and the so-called elites of wall street would be selling everything out to china they could find. just like they have done to
