the deal with the e.u., ashley. reporter: theresa may has been doing a frantic round of diplomacy meeting with european leaders hoping to get some sort of concession for her brexit deal. but so far the word we received is the e.u. refuses to budge. reports suggest that a conservative party committee has received enough letters of no confidence from other members of the party to trigger a no confidence vote. if mrs. may loses that vote, she'll have to resign. meaning a new party leader will have to be agreed upon and the fate of brexit remains have much up in the air. liz: thousands of french students protesting. let's bring in an expert from

pichai? >> he puts on a good fronts for his company. but the problem is, perception is reality. the problem is, nobody accepts the fact there is not some sort of bias or algorithm that puts out different results that nobody can seem to point to how it got to where it is. the other issue that came out today in the sense of the perceived bias and the issues of what happens on the search. it's the privacy information, how much they actually collect. one person took their google footprint it was 5 gigabytes of what they store. and they keep that forever. it added to the questions on how do they self-regulate. how do they police. how they operate. i think these are questions that

liz: my next guest is going to make the case that trump's border wall does make economic sense. let's bring in the former governor of new york state, getsy maci could. -- betsy mccaughey. >> allowing so many migrants flood into the united states means american taxpayers who have so many people to take care of already will have to provide the clothing, the food, the medical care and housing for all these needy people. we already have a high poverty rate in the united states.

been happening for quite some time but old catch and release and i will tell you what it comes down to. we need more attorneys and lawyers down there at the border and start enforcing our laws and frankly we need government congress to do their job. >> is it happening this way? migrant will come in and say i'm suffering from political persecution and they go to the border patrol whoever they make the case to and that person will say the case is weak but take it to a judge. the migrant knows they will not get a hearing until months down the road and then they are released into the united states. is that what is happening? >> best way to describe it. however they go to the asylum officer and asylum officer appoints them to a judge and that's when they never show up. that's been going on for quite some time. >> how long does it take to see a judge. >> i cannot tell you at this point. everything is backed up and it could take months, sometimes close to a year and the reality
