able to buy more kinds of health' insurance instead of the one size fits all obamacare. this is on the books in the appeals process and nobody knows how lit turn out in a year or more. the trump administration is using deregulation to achieve what these states went to court to get. putting states in the driver's seats to allow their residents to buy all kinds of health plans. in 2010 obamacare took over and made a one size fits all the federal plan. but many states have way to the lower costs. the trump administration says let the states sell short-term plans. they are available for three years. they cost 80% to 90% less than

obamacare. he wanted to close the exit ramps so nobody could get out of obamacare. but many states are offering them. they don't include maternity care or preexisting conditions. but for a relatively healthy middle class person who can't get a subsidy to for obamacare, this is the answer. some states dominated by democrats are outlawing those plans because they say it's junk insurance. they know best rather than the consumer, and they say they are not going to let on resumers have any options except obamacare because they want to prop up the system even if it means denying their own residency options. the trump administration is

taking away all the constraints so that states can say to their own residents, here are several options for you. you don't have to be uninsured. so we'll see lots of deregulation. and as we do, we'll see health insurance become more affordable for the middle class. the middle class is the new uninsured class in america. they are the ones take it on the chin. and the democrats aren't even listening to them. barack obama before enrollment ended said you can buy obamacare for less than a cell phone bill. he wasn't talking to the middle class because the democrats don't care about the middle class anymore. liz: will you be able to buy health insurance across state lines? >> perhaps. but you don't have to buy all those extra benefits it's an outrage. we are living in the healthcare

with his legal team there was a class ifified containment operation by the fbi to mop up information that should not be out there for others to get access to, liz. liz: you have been breaking so many stories about this catherine. judges and attorneys general have said his behavior was inappropriate when he held the multiple press conferences about the hillary clinton email server. his response to the liking of memos and spilling of classified information. the other thing that came out was friday, a redacted memo was shown to president trump in 2017. did that memo that the president saw at that time, did it reveal that the democrats funded the steele dossier?

catherine: i am look to one side. late friday evening the fbi as the result after freedom of information act lawsuit posted to its website this half live redacted version of the memo that comey briefed to the incoming president trump in january of 2017 about the anti-trump dossier it's heavily redacted. but there is a section you can read about the british spy christopher steele who put the research together for the dossier. and it refer to the individuals who funded that project as private clients. and it was well understood it was the dnc and the clinton campaign. folks at home will have to decide whether that was an honest representation hoff was behind the dossier and opposition research or if this was an effort to shield the political roots of this information from the president and others. liz: it's important journalism
