that's so dangerous. that's inciteful. i can't tell you -- we saw it in ferguson. we are still dealing with the aftereffects of that. i encourage our leaders to take a step back and allow the professionals to do the investigations they need to do to clear this up. susan: what about the fact that jussie smollett did not show up for a second interview with police today. >> he'll have to answer for that. some of the things you were saying in the pre-show. some of the evidence shows he conspired to make this up. he paid people to make this up. he'll be on the criminal hook. he'll go from a victim to a suspect very quickly. susan: there are felony charges for making false claims. >> he would be responsible for

anything that anybody did as a result of his false accusations. look what this guy is doing. he's not only throwing politics into this, but he's throwing race into this. the two white guys with the maga hats came and tried to put a noose around my neck. how much more inciteful can you get. if that caused riots or an uprising in chicago. luckily the civic leaders got ahold of that and they stepped back and took a deep breath. but most of of the media didn't. everybody wants to jump on board with this anti-trump rhetoric. susan: just to bring up some new evidence that has been discussed today. reports say that because of the initial part of this, part of the initial setup of this so-called hoax, reports say jussie smollett sent himself an

inflammatory racist letter initially with possibly some powder enclosed in the envelope. if that is true, is that also part of the investigation and evidence? >> absolutely. every piece of that will be effortry. i imagine they will get his cell phone and dump his cell phone, his computer. this will be a full-blown investigation into this. whoever is responsible for it. if it's true, all those people responsible, that's appalling to to -- to me if it actually happened. if he's make it up to divide and separate for whatever agenda he has, he needs to be held criminally responsible for that as well. susan: jussie smollett's claims catapulted to national news two weeks ago. the mainstream media couldn't help themselves and couldn't wait for the facts.

untruth story with smollett, you have got over 100 minutes of network news time. almost exactly a year ago in the same city, there were four men who kidnapped and beat a severely disabled man who had nothing do with donald trump, severely, mentally disabled. they beat him and put him in the hospital while screaming anti-trump obscenities. this got 27 seconds and smollett got over 27 minutes. susan: do you think the left will be as quick to condemn smollett as they were to believe him? >> why don't they start condemning themselves? why isn't there a conversation about the reporters, hollywood people and politicians all jumping another band wagon. why isn't there a story about

administrative coup and take the president down by the 25th amendment process. the deputy attorney general denies it. so i promise your viewers the following. we'll have a hearing about who is telling the truth and what actually happened. susan: we have ned ryun and adam epstein. should there be an investigation into this? >> well, susan, i read the president's tweets and i hear about this. whatever may or may not happen between mccabe and rosenstein. the larger issue is the president routinely vilifies the justice deputy and takes on the fbi. there is a larger issue. trump fired jim comey because jim comey wouldn't make an investigation into michael flynn when we learned he had contacts with the russians and wouldn't make it go away. susan: is this an attempted coup

against a democratically elected president? >> it's not as big a fact as the investigation of whether the president collude with a foreign power. >> i can't believe you still believe that stuff. russian collusion is a fairytale. it never happened. but susan, this an admin strafe touch coup. you had the acting director of the fbi and the deputy attorney general plotting and discussing how they could remove the duly elected president of the united states. they are bureaucrats who used the surveillance state because they thought they were better than the american people. not only is andrew mccabe a liar. he lied four times. but i will remind people that the doj's inspector general, michael horowitz, who happens to be a democrat, recommend andrew

it's incredible. >> it's unbelievable to me. attorney general barr should fire rosenstein immediately. he should call up all of these guys and put them in an open setting under oath with the tv cameras on. the american people deserve to know and understand what took place the last couple of years. susan: let's move on to the next topic. adam schiff is signaling he might not accept the findings of the mueller probe. listen. >> if he find there was no direct collusion between the trump campaign and russia, will you accept that? >> we'll have to do our own investigation and we are. we'll be interested to learn what bob mueller finds. susan: that's not how the investigations work. you don't have a predetermined outcome and the investigation leads to that.
