david: a new lawsuit takes aim at real estate agent, the way they conduct business, the class-action lawsuit accuses national association of realtors and other groups enforcing home sailors to pay inflated commissions. joining us mantle williams. how to you respond? >> thank you for having me. we think this lawsuit is baseless and has no merit, because the state and federal courts have considered challenges to the mrvetion well,s, they concluded that multiple listing service benefits consumers. number one it encourages brokers to actually share the listing information. and it also encourages them to negotiate the commissions, we believe that the plaintiff in this situation, has really asserted something that is false, they are making case that
