it, but we have people in congress, who don't acknowledge there is a problem, they think you know we're open borders, some people like that open border, some like sanctuary cities, america is providing incentives for people to come in illegally, we have to stop providing those incentives, mexico providing some as well, they would conduct a raid on a caravan recently, indicates maybe they will start changing their ways, but i need to see more action not less from mexico. expoa wowe have to act in congrd judiciary needs too get closer scrutiny, my opinion we have to break up 9th circuit, and to look at ways too discipline judges that violate the constitution. some of judges are. david: with regard to caravans, if we don't get cooperation from mexicans, there are some signs we're not because we saw these train loads of them, that are --

our video camera got in with no problem, if they don't cooperate, what do we do? >> we have to do is we have to use the bully pulpit, sending 30 billion dollars or more to mexico every year in transfer payment, people sending money home, we have to either freeze or tax it reduce or eliminate aid to these countries and basically say we're not going to let let you in. congress has to change the asylum laws. david: can you do that without the democrats? there is not a democrat that would vote for any legislation, don't you think? >> probably true, but i know there is 20 to 25 swing districts where people -- david: true, they voted for trump but for a democrat a blue dog democrat as we said. >> right, if they don't come on with doing something about immigration, i think they will have -- be short lived in congress. david: switching gears to story
