when they start using cover, it goes back to clinton and nixon and it means they're getting ready to impeach. trish: wow! how do you think that plays, shall we say for them? >> not well at all. the reality is, the economy, despite the democrats, is doing great. and it can do even better if they would get out of the way and let us do more financial reforms. but it is not going to play well because people feel it. they know the economy is doing well. they also know that the mueller report was a nothing burger. quite frankly people are getting tired of these investigations. that is really -- trish: if you ask me the real investigation going on right now, several of them. how the heck did any of this start to begin? democrats tried to find today however, anything they can to pin this president on, to get him on increasingly thereafter threatening jail. if they refuse to hand over documents but here's the latest

nadler has threats of his own. when you hear all of this, what are you thinking and is this sort of going outside of legal bounds at this point? >> yeah, when i start talking about inherent contempt or authority i'm not sure where they think it is inherent from. where the power is derivative from. and so, they were to confine people in the crypt -- in the capital. i mean is just ludicrous quite frankly. but is designed again, to inflame their base and get them riled up and say look, we are going to stop this guy in his tracks. but it is just irresponsible on their part because it negates us getting anything meaningful done but it also, it -- trish: irresponsible i think politically too. maybe they will tune in and watch the show, they might actually get good advice! because they need to show that they are willing and able to govern! and they are not right now.
