in addition to those deadly midwestern tornadoes, other states face massive flooding in oklahoma and arkansas. residents there are bracing for what could be worse flooding in history. fox correspondent matt finn joining us from fort smith, arkansas. reporter: lou, city officials tell us they are expecting up to 1,000 homes to be impacted or flooded by tomorrow when the arkansas river is expected to crest. at 42 1/2 feet. you can see unfortunately, the arkansas river has already engulfed many businesses in the area. this is looking like a lake. we spoke with people in a residential community, that the far -- not far from here, they grabbed things and evacuated their homes, we spoke with people who helped their neighbors. >> come tomorrow, i won't be
