that there's a roadblock. it seems so basic that you will be able to see where you can get treatment and who you can get treatment from and who you might be able to turn to if you know god forbid you have a pre-existing condition or you want to keep your dr., why is anybody blocking that? >> i had a conversation recently among several others with a new director of the congressional budget office but he said in the healthcare marketplace, the only person, the only without marketplace leverage is the patient. everyone says leverage. they will do which maximizes their profit. by the way, i'm all about profit! but more so about the patient. and if we give the patient the power, the power of knowing the price, the power of choice, the power of competition, competing for her business then prices come down, she is better served. kennedy: actually but with bernie's plan the government
