investigation. he'll have a lot to say about how the fbi acted and how the doj acted. >> jerry nadler and the house judiciary subpoenaed a dozen witnesses that were already interviewed. they will take a vote on thursday. they want to talk to a dozen witnesses already interviewed by the mueller team. what's the democrat end game here? why try to subpoena these individuals? >> i think it's just sending a message they want to prolong and continue to investigate. there is nobody who will be able to say the mueller probe was incomplete when it comes to trump. they will never be able to say they didn't interview enough people. so the findings are the findings. they will emphasize the facts they like on the democratic side. and the republicans will emphasize the facts they like, such as the origins of the probe

conduct. liz: what do you mean by that? >> this indictment before us right now alleges conducts that goes back between 2002 and 2005. the average person is going to be wait a second. how could somebody be prosecuted for something that happened a decade and a half ago. that's was there are no longer statutes much limitations for these crimes. so all of this stuff gets unsealed. it will be talking about things that happened. liz: do you think it will reveal names? >> it begs the question. why is mr. etch stein being prosecuted? he's being prosecuted for crimes he committed a decade and a half ago that he was prosecuted for and the federal government decide pass on to the state government. the state government chose to negotiate a disposition where he

appeals heard the argument over the repeal of the obamacare mandate tax. that mandate tax thought to be unconstitutional because it forced people to buy insurance. casey stegall has more. reporter: the main challenge of this legal battle has been over the individual mandate component of the affordable care act. many critics argued it's just the government's way of imposing a tax since americans were penalized financially for not carrying health insurance. well, as you know, u.s. supreme court upheld the law in 2012 but did call that mandate portion unconstitutional. so congress dropped the tax penalty to zero in 2017. the judge said the law could not be saved on that one provision,
