is this real or go nowhere? ways and means aren't turning over the tax returns because they don't have them. >> it is go nowhere. it is once again the palpable hatred for the president of the united states by the democrats is blatantly evident right now. they are trying to get all the information from committees, which they shouldn't be getting the information from and probably won't get the information from, just to try to impeach the president of the united states. and that's not going to work. >> you know, bill, trump's attorneys just this week told a judge that these committees cannot invoke the possibility of impeachment. they're doing that to try to get his bank records out of deutsche bank and capital one, and those banks today refuse to say even if they have trump's tax returns. your take on that? >> and they have done the right thing. they are trying every way possible -- i think they did something based on a california law that somehow -- sneaky

invasion of maybe reagan's tax accounts at one time. they are not going to be successful in this, liz. it is just more diffusion of the truth and having them -- having these fake news media and the congress itself doing things that they should never be doing, only to impeach this president. liz: you know, we have new information coming to light that that hilary clinton private e-mail server problem was worse than realized. senate finance and senate homeland security sent a letter to senior republicans including senators chuck grassley saying that peter strzok at the fbi and the obama state department were indifferent, dismissive. they down played highly-classified info on hillary's private e-mail server. we also have reports that a china backed company had planted software code on her server in order to hack into and get her e-mails forwarded to china. your take on that? >> it is not surprising at all.

you had the director of the fbi jim comey deny that anything was wrong there, that was prosecuteable. what she did on that server is felonious. she should have been taken to task and prosecuted on that. she knew all that information on that server that she had was classified information, should have never been there. had access to the two people in colorado who set the whole system up. it doesn't surprise me that the chinese hacked into it and the russians probably did too. liz: striking that the accusation is peter strzok whoever saw her e-mail server probe at the fbi was indifferent, dismissive. let's move on. cnn has hired as a contributor, former fbi official andrew mccabe. he was fired after the justice department inspector found he, quote, lacked candor including under oath, about leaking info to the press. cnn has andrew mccabe now. your take on this? >> it's just indicative of what cnn and msnbc are about.

msnbc has another former assistant director of the counterintelligence division, who said some bizarre things on president trump, the issue of the flag was a message to the nazis, that's not. you have clapper ousted. you have brennan ousted. you have comey ousted. you know, pretty soon with all these people that are ousted, the higher the fired, it wouldn't surprise me to see comey sitting on the anchor desk in al-jazeera. these stations are doing crazy things. liz: we have the doj ig report coming out soon on the probe of the russia probe. your take on these now, andrew mccabe and others at cnn and msnbc? quick final word? >> i think they are probably -- i wish the report -- i think it is probably going to be indicted
